Clay: aren't you tired?
Y/n: not really...My minds just all over the place
Clay: well you can talk to me
Y/n: thank you, but I think I'll be alright *you look very unsure and clay can see this*
Clay: I don't believe it one bit
Y/n: wha- *you start walking downstairs but clay grabs your hand and twirls you towards him. You are now in his arms as if you are going to do a slow dance together*
Clay: y/n?
He says while taking you into his room
Y/n: yeah?
Clay: will you be my date to the dance?
Y/n: wait what!
Clay: will you be m-
Y/n: no I heard you perfectly fine the first time. I'm just in shock that you're asking me. Like yes of course I'll go with you, but why me? Like out of all the other girls in the school, wh-
You're interrupted by clays lips meeting yours. Your hands are rested on his face while his are on your hips, bringing the two of you closer.
Clays POV
I asked y/n if she would be my date to the dance. She agreed but she started to rant about why I chose her not someone else. God she's so cute when she rants. She's saying something about how out of all the girls in the school, I asked her. But I didn't let her finish, instead I kissed her. I've wanted to do that for so long. It was so worth it, her lips are so soft...am I in heaven?
Normal POV
Clay pulls away and both of them are blushing so hard.Y/n falls on to clays bed laughing. Clay lays next to her and looks at his ceiling which has stars all over them.After 5 minutes of silence, clay stands up and picks y/n up. Both of them are now sitting face to face on clays bed
Clay:y/n, I-I'm sorry if I ruined things between us... I unders-
he gets interrupted by you placing your index finger on his mouth
Y/n: don't apologise clay! I find it cute, being kissed by someone I've liked for a while
*his face turns into a big smile* clay: wait, really?
You nod your head and smile
Y/n: so did you bring me in here to ask me to the dance or was there anything else?
Clay: well, I wanted to see if you would talk to me about what's going on in your mind, to clear it up
Y/n: I'm fine though clay, just some random thoughts. Everyone gets them
Clay: oh come on now..(sorry but also not sorry hehe 😂)
You say mockingly: oh come on now.. Why do you always do it like that? Is it because people find it intimidating and hot? *you put your hand over your mouth realising what you just said*
Clay: intimidating and hot ay? Noted
Y/n: I-
Clay starts wheezing so loud he has tears in his eyes. You get up and start walking towards the door when you feel someone grab you from behind, it's clay. He grabs you and picks up.
Y/n: clay! Come on!
Clay: hehehe
He takes you to his bed and lays you down face flat. You blow the hair off your face but he messes with you and keeps flipping your hair over into your face
Y/n: stopppp
Clay: noooo!! You will need to pay a price for me to stopp
You sit up straight and clay continues to annoy you. You try getting up but he pulls you back down
Y/n: what price do I need to pay?
Clay: hmm..*he smiles* you will never guess
Y/n: oh really? I think I already know
Clay:what is it then?
*you cup your hands around his face and give him a kiss*
Clay:Dang it
Y/n: told you. I'm gonna go get Oreos. Do you want a snack?
Clay: you're the only snack I see
Y/n: oh shut up. I'll be back
*you walk downstairs to see George, Nick and Will*
George:oh hey y/n!
Y/n: hey guys!
Will: what the fuck happened to your hair?
Nick: it looks like you just wrestled a tiger
Y/n: clay kept flipping my hair in my face so I had to keep flicking it back
Nick:clay?😏😏
Y/n: I hate that face, never do it again
*you go into the kitchen and grab Oreos and some milk and run upstairs*
Will: do what do you think?
George: they're definitely dating now
Nick: 100000%
You open the door to clays room and he is on his phone
Y/n: I got Oreos and milk!
Clay:oooooh
Y/n: I'll be back I'm just gonna change
Clay: okay!
*you head into your room but are very silent because niki is still sleeping. You head to your closet and pick out clays merch and a pair of leggings. You head to the bathroom and get changed. When you walk out, you see niki awake, staring at you.
Niki: anything you wanna tell me missy?
Y/n: while you were asleep, me and clay may not have kissed..
Niki: YAY!!! *she runs up and hugs you* IM SO HAPPY FOR YOUUU!! Okay I need to go talk to clay
You already know what's happening, because you did the same thing with Niki and Will.
