It had been months since the shooting. And the kids began to recover.
It was a hard a painful time. Especially for hunter and Bluey. Some days he wouldn't want to eat.
Some days he wouldn't even speak.
He would cry and wimper in his sleep.
Though sick and Traumatized as well, Muffin and Socks did their best to stay strong.
But hunter was only 6 years old.
He was just playing outside with his cousins, when Out of nowhere another person, Another living and thinking person, tried to end his life before it even started.
But he knew he had his friends and family to help him through it.
Bluey walked into the room.
"hey hunter!" Said Bluey as hunter was laying on the bed with a sad expression
"yeah mum..." Said Hunter
"I have someone here who has been wanted to see you!" Said Bluey with a smile
"who?" Hunter asked curiously wondering who his mum was referring to.
Max then walked in with a smile on his face.
Hunter's face lit up and he wagged his tail full speed. It's been so long.
He hasn't been able to see max for about a week due to frequent hospital trips and other medical issues
"max?!0 hunter asked excitedly
"hey mate! It's been a while! Your mom said you were well enough to have friends over!" Said Max wagging his tail as well
"I am! What should we do?!" Said hunter sitting up due to his wound not hurting him as bad
"Wanna play with transformers?" Max asked wagging his tail excitedly
"Yeah!!!!" Hunter exclaimed excitedly
"ok boys I'll be in the kitchen come to me or Jean if you need anything!" Said Bluey kissing them both on the forehead about to leave the room to get started on lunch
"Thanks mum!" Said Hunter wagging his tail
"Ok Auntie Bluey!" Said Max Wagging his as well
Bluey smiled as she walked out as the boys played and laughed in the other room. And walked up to Chloe who just dropped max off.
"thank you Chloe! Hunter missed max!" Said Chloe hugging her friend
"I know! He's been really worried about him!" Said Chloe
"them boys really can't be apart from each other to long or they'll go nuts!" Said Jean happily helping Bluey cook
Chloe decided to stay and help as well
Things where beginning to look up at this point. The Fbi was gaining more and more leads on the gang crisis. Getting closer and closer to catching those who shot hunter... before they could escape...
