"SO what do you say?" vinnie stands in front of me nervously waiting for my answer.

"yes i will" i smile widely at him before he engulfs me into a tight hug.

"i finally get to call you my girlfriend" i mumbles into my neck

"and i get to call you my boyfriend" i giggle

its been a few weeks since we started talking and now he asked me to be his girlfriend. he planned a date before asking me the question. first we went to the skatepark, then to an ice cream shop and at night, to a fancy restaurant.

"we should probably get back" i say as i checked the time on my phone

"yeah, its getting late plus they're gonna be excited to hear the news" he says excitedly

"so how did it go?" was the first thing we heard when we got back to sway house

vinnie looks at me smirking without anyone seeing, i smirk back knowing what he was about to say

"she said no" he speaks up. i try to hold my laughter as their faces drop.

"what do you mean? you guys are practically inlove with each other, you wouldn't even stop eating each other's faces yesterday!" josh exclaims

"uh yeah, we just decided to stay as friends" vinnie shrugs

"something's not right‐" kio rubs his chin, "-you two have to be fucking with us right now"

"we're not, somethings are just not meant to be and that's life" vinnie shrugs again.

everyone had disappointed looks on their faces, this made the two of us break into laughter

"why are you two laughing?" dezi looks at us clearly confused

"of course i said yes to him" i shake my head laughing. they all sighed in relief

"fuck yeah, that's my boy!" josh yells running up to vinnie tackling him to the ground

"ow fuck get off of me garlic knot" vinnie groaned.

josh immediately gets up "the fuck did you just call me"

"garlice knot?" vinnie repeats himself

"fuck you, im stealing your girlfriend" josh gently grabs me and walks away from the crowd making everyone laugh.

"hey come back here" vinnie gets up ready to come after us

"run!" josh grabs my hand and started running.

"you guys are fast" vinnie holds both of his knees helping his balance as he tries to catch his breath. he pulls me away from josh who was leaning agaisnt the wall breathless

we all break into laughter realizing that we somehow ended up somewhere in the house that we barely knew existed.

"although this room is pretty nice, we should probably find our way back to the others" josh says lifting himself up from the wall

we all head out of the room's door and make our way back to the living room.

"here put these on" vinnie tosses me his shirt and boxers for the night since he insisted that i should sleepover.

i take the clothes and went to the bathroom to change quickly

the shirt was nice and oversized, and the boxers were very comfortable. i find vinnie laying on his bed scrolling through his phone when i got out of the bathroom.

"my clothes look better on you than on me" he smiles and opens up his arms for me to lay in.

i lay beside him wrapping my arms around his neck as he wraps his around my waist and his head resting on my chest.
