Training

Raven stood in the butt crack of dawn on a Saturday with the rest of her team stretching so they can get ready for their workout and run. She frowns as her workout partner was Asahi who is relentless with her stretching, "If you stop pouting, this will go by much smoother." He smiles as he pull her arms forward stretching out her back and waist, "How can you guys do this?" She asked as she pull him forward next, Asahi smiles. "Most of us has been doing this all our lives, so it's normal for us." He simply stated letting out a grunt when she pull him more, once those stretches were done they pull their leg behind them, "Your brother and Tanaka seem to be taking this quite well." Raven stare at the two who acted like this was just such a great time.

Raven turn forward going into a lunging position along with Asahi, "They're crazy." She said. Asahi smell to her as they heard the whistle blow, "Well our first game is next week, we need to be ready. As a team we depend on each other to be in top form, these early morning workouts are a good bonding exercise for all of us." Asahi told her. 

Raven blushes at the look he was giving her, he put his arm around her smiling. "Just give it your best ok." He whispers to her. Raven blush even more earning them some strange looks from their teammates, "Are they gay?" Someone whispers, "Who knows man." Raven look forward as the team started on their run. "Hey Raven Gi-Guy! Keep up you hear!" Tanaka called from the front. Raven glare at him making him quiet, "Oh you done, done it now Tanaka!" Yu instigated behind Raven. "Tanaka, your about to go down." Raven calmly said earning her a sweat drop from Asahi.

Raven picked up speed same with Tanaka, Yu laugh running after them gaining quick with his sister and friend. The rest of the team only stare as the Captain smile seeing the newbies being motivated, "I say, if they have that energy on the court. I think we will be ok." Daichi smiles at his captain. "Told you." He stare at the three who just turn the corner of their running route, "But when they are in the game. They transform into something out of this world." Daichi finishes.

Raven smirk at Tanaka as they walk to begin their strength training in the workout room, "How did it feel?" She ask while adjusting her hair and hair band. "How did what feel?" Tanaka asked. Yu and Raven turn around, "Eating our dust loser!" They said together. Tanaka glare at them, "Will you two shut up! You're not even twins! Why do you do that!" He shouted with a red face, the two Nishinoya gave him dust at the home stretch during their run. He never seen Raven move so fast in his life, he never notice how competitive she really is.

Yu and Raven high five one another walking into the workout room, everyone pause besides the old timers seeing  the girl volleyball team was also using the room. "Girls." Yu and Tanaka said with stars in their eyes and drools falling down their faces. Raven swallow walking in, "Wait, the girls also is working out here?" One of their teammates asked. "Yeah they are. Don't get distracted you guys." Captain warn everyone one. 

Everyone spread out using available exercise equipments, everyone was in their mindset as they all pump iron. "I wish I had my music." Raven said to herself as she perform curls, "Yeah, music would be nice." Daichi said beside her as he worked out his arms, "So, how you doing so far?" He ask her with a huff. "Great, thanks for asking. And thank you, for inviting all of us." Raven smile at him. Daichi nod, "It's cool, we can't just leave three amazing talented players out in the dust and not sweep them in." He joked. Raven laugh at him, "I don't know who's worst. You or Tanaka."

Daichi laugh as a girl came up to him, "Hey Daichi." She greeted. Raven look over than went back to doing more sets. "Oh, hey Yui. Raven this is Yui. Yui this is Raven." Daichi introduce them. Raven nod her head, "Hey." She simply said, sounding so cool to Yui. 

Yui blushes seeing the pretty boy next to Daichi, "Oh, hello. You're one of the new players right?" She ask with a smile, Raven nod, "Yeah." She put down her weights wiping her forehead, she pulled out the paper the Captain gave everyone for what sets and workout they need to preform. "Alright. Squats next. Nice meeting you Yui, nice talking with you Daichi." Raven wave moving onto the next workstation. Daichi nod his head, eyeing Yui who follow Raven with a blush. "He's a cutie. A bit on the soft face side." She commented. Daichi only smiles, 'If only you knew.'
