"Mommy! Can we go play in the snow?"

Adelia's four year old Orlando yelled from the backyard.

"We're in LA, there's no sn-" Adelia walked to the backyard and stilled as she saw a truckload of fake snow all over the backyard, which she'd mowed not less than four days ago.

"Mommy, Dad made it snow!" The young boy jumped up and down as her husband, Joel emerged from behind a snow machine with a sheepish look on his face.

"Dad is gonna get it today" She glared daggers at Joel, who bit his lip nervously.

"Both of you" She pointed at her son and his father "Clean this up or no dinner for you tonight"
Joel huffed but nonetheless turned to Orlando
"Come on kiddo, we've got a job to do"
Adelia hid a small smile as she walked away.
Living with two of the most important men in her life.
What more could she ask for?

Was being a 26 year old mom easy?
No, absolutely not and Allie knew that better than anyone.
"Hayden!" Her kid looked up from the cookies he was devouring.
"Yes, Mama?" He wiped his mouth and gave her an innocent look.
He was Erick's kid alright.
"Those aren't for you, hon"
"Oh" Her son pouted and she sighed.
Damn the baby-face genes Erick had given him!
"I suppose you could have one more" She sighed and her kids eyes lit up.
"Thank you mama"
Hayden toddled over to the cookies she'd spent a day making.
"Hey, Allie?"
She got up at the sound of Ericks voice, walking towards the porch, where he had dropped the big bags of groceries and gifts.
"Yes?"
"I've got a gift for you"
"Already?" She raised an eyebrow "Christmas isn't for ages"
"Call it an Eve gift" He grinned, holding up a bunch of tickets.
"How do you feel about a Christmas vacation with the gang?"
