Omer grinned at his memory, shrugging it aside, busied himself with addressing his emails.
He was lost, with so many back logged emails from Friday and the past weekend despite keeping up with some in-flight!
His thoughts immediately went back to those days the 'hey days' when Defne was his assistant!
He had gotten so comfortable in delegating some of his work to her, even the highly confidential work, and he thought, how deftly and efficiently she had handled all of them.
Now, when he looked back with awe, knowing, she had, had no prior experience in working as someone's personal assistant, but how cleverly she had disguised in working as one, had caught up with her work and adeptly climbed the ladder in matter of days, from a total novice to making brilliant power point presentations, to addressing some of his business emails, conversing with vendors, taking care of the warehouse and more!
He couldn't wait to bring her back to Passionis as his partner along with Sinan and have her address bigger issues and take on bigger challenges and design, rubbing elbows together!
He had asked Neha bey, the lawyer to draw up the necessary papers for that too, he only had to speak with Sinan before he could have her sign on the dotted line!
He had a meeting with Sinan in five and he had to wrap up the letter to a possible potential client from Milan!
