I thought I could wow them with my poetry. That the little syllables of my personality would draw them close enough to see more than the ink, more than the idea.. to see more of me.
But I was too 'unique.' The beautiful music turned to static, stigma, playing down my charisma because of a disorder, divided, their views distorted, colliding with the truth unable to recognize it... that being one of a kind means I'm the one who gets to define it, my, condition is finite so it can't define me and I was just hoping you'd show me the same courtesy.
