☯︎︎ "Shit, there's no way he'd-..." I stopped my words as I looked to my side, finding an asleep Mattia next to me. We were watching Money Heist, cuddling. It was late, but I wasn't sleepy yet.
I turned back to the TV and watch it until Mattia started moving. "Turn off the TV and sleep baby, it's late already." He said turning his back on me.
Oh God, he knows that I hate when he does that. It feels like he doesn't love me anymore and that's why I hate it. But he was tired and drifting to sleep, so I flipped those thoughts off.
I turned off the TV and turned around to hug him from behind. he instantly grabbed my hand and interlocked our fingers. I cuddle up to him and slowly fell asleep. ☯︎︎
I wake up with a big smile on my face. I stretch myself and turn around, wanting to hug the guy I fell asleep with. But the only thing I hug is my bed sheets.
It was just a dream. I got confused with the reality. He's not here anymore and he'll never be.
Sadness runs through my body. I sit up and lean my back against my headboard, staring at the spot where I want Mattia to be. I hug my legs and start crying.
