Mismatched

Pagkatapos ng isang meeting ko with the admins here in KU ay mabilis akong lumabas ng opisina. It's been 2 days after Pila and I talked. As usual, I'm still avoiding Rash. Well aside from that I even met Amethyst, her cousins and brothers. They're cool and funny to be with lalong lalo na si Amethyst, she's so pretty and witty. But I had noticed that there's something about her and kuya, I could feel it. The way they look with each other, I could see their emotions... the longing and the love? I don't know.

It felt so weird. Kasi diba may girlfriend si kuya? At si Kylee 'yun? Saksi din kasi ako na mahal na mahal nila ang isa't isa pero ngayon parang nag iba na, hindi ko na napapansin si Kylee at Kuya na magkasama.

But it's their business not mine so I should stop thinking about them.

Habang naglalakad ako ay bigla nalang akong napahinto ng makatanggap ako ng text galing kay kuya.

Kuya Spyke:

Baby can you do me a favor?

I immediately replied.

Ako:

Of course kuya, anything for you. Ano ba 'yun?

Kuya Spyke:

Pwede mo ba akong puntahan dito sa basketball court ngayon?

Napatitig ako ng ilang segundo sa text ni Kuya at paulit ulit itong binasa, making sure na tama ang pagkakabasa ko.

Baketball court means Rash!

He's a captain for god sake! And I can't go there! Diba iniiwasan ko siya? Tapos ngayon pupunta ako dun? Is tadhana making fun with me?

Kuya Spyke:

Baby? Please? This is really important.

Ako:

Okay kuya, I'm coming.

Napabuntong hininga ako sa reply ko. Ayoko sana kasi nga diba iniiwasan ko si Rash? Pero ayaw ko naman hindi tulungan si Kuya, he said it's important.

Kuya Spyke:

Habang papalapit ako ng papalapit sa basketball court ay siya naman palakas ng palakas ng kabog ng dibdib ko.

Sobrang miss na miss ko na siyang kasama. Parang kasing hindi buo ang araw ko kapag hindi ko siya nakikita at nakakasama. I miss how we talked, laughs and watch movies together, how he cooks for me, how he take care of me and feels me like I'm the most important woman in his life.

If there are things that I really love the most about him is that he's truly a gentleman, he knows how to respect women, he's always honest, he's soft, sweet, caring and always shy that makes him cute. He also made me feel warm, appreciated and secured that no one else does. He saw my weak side but he never leave. He made me realize that life isn't perfect but it teaches us a lesson.

But it sucks that right now everything's change in an instant.

I took a deep breathe before I went inside the main basketball court. All the players are running, they're all topless. Pawis na pawis silang lahat at kita ko ang pagod sa kanilang mukha. Mukhang hindi pa nila ako napapansin dahil sobrang focus sila sa kanilang ginagawa.

My heart hammering inside my chest when I saw Cap. Nasa pinaka una ito at seryoso lang ang mukha habang tumatakbo sila paikot. Para bang hindi man lang ito nakakaramdam ng pagod hindi katulad ng mga kasama niya na mukhang mahihimatay na yata.
