My star

To Jeremy and Sydney

~My star~

Starring up in the starry night
I thought of that one star always so bright
It was you, my love always so light
Hair flaming with might
Dress flowing oh so white

You were there on that day
When you came in front of me getting in the way
Screaming deadly making me sway
Knives and guns sharp, piercing you like a prey

It was meant for me, it was meant for me
Instead, stabbed it was you to be
Even when you fell your face showed glee

Laying there on the ground
Peacefully without making a sound

If I made a wish on that star
Would you come back to me even oh so far
You just left such a remaining scar

When we first met
I was the world's most wanted threat
Leaving me always in a fret
But you saw me and without breaking a sweat
Reached out your hand you said, 'don't worry yet'

You saw my face, a face of danger
Regardless, you smiled at the stranger

Oh so passionately, have you smiled
And your eyes brightened on your face
You recognize my atmosphere, oh so wild
The intruders that came, went into my space
You took my hand and ran with me, even if it was me they chased

Running away, causing crime
It was just us two
We would get away every time
It wasn't until I was captured, that it was true
Pointing knives and guns onto me, it was my moment of prime

In front of me, going in my stead
Pushing me to the side, telling me to go ahead
Making you completely dead
Knives and guns were brought up to your head
Filling me with complete dread
Sorrow fell through me, leaving me tears to shed

I don't know why you did it, so
Why did you have to take the fatal blow
I am too selfish, oh

I have no reason to survive
But here I am, completely alive
I am just someone who is full of so jive
Through storms and a deep sea, headfirst I dive
Wishing on, someday you will be alive

I know now that you are that star
Shining so brightly, with night so starry oh so afar
I now know it was your fate to leave such a piercing scar
And I just know as I take this knife against my heart, that you will always be too far

Meaning:

It's about a narrator who is mourning his star. This time the narrator is a guy and has supposedly been involved with crime and dangerous people, but nobody actually has proof. They are mainly spreading lies making everyone hate him and never giving him a chance to go out of there way to him. Then a girl comes and gives him a chance when nobody else gave him one just because of what people say about him. They become friends and began to hide away from the people who are after him. Then when the people come they both run away with the girl accompanying him by running with him. After a long amount of period of time pasts with about a few months, they get cornered and caught. Knives and guns were pointed at the narrator but the girl pushes him aside and goes in front of him. She tells him to go ahead while she deals with the people. But the people go and kill the girl when they meant to kill the narrator. The narrator then wonders why she went in his place and how he think his life was always so useless. He believes she is special and different from everyone else to go out of her way to him. He calls her his star since every starry night there has been a shining star out ever since the incident. Then at the end he knows he never be with her since she too far so he takes a knife to his heart ending his life.... Great I'm crying.

Note: This is also based on real things, but I am not suicidal. Don't worry, I'm safe and alright. This is based off people I choose to be friends with actually going out of there way to talk to me instead of me going out of my way to talk to people.
