A few of the class B students yawned, out of all of them, Kendo seems to be the most awaken one. She was holding a sleepy Kinoko by her arm

"We're focusing on our quirks?" She asked

"Class A is already training, you all need to catch up" Vlad King walked ahead of them, "Last semester class A was in the spotlight, next semester is class B's turn from now on you're shooting for the top. Don't let me down"

Tetsutetsu clenched his fist, comical tears rolling down his cheeks, 'We're such disappointing students!'

"I get you want everyone to improve their quirks but we have 20 unique powers (more like 18) in our class. What kind of training will help all of us get better?" Setsuna asked

"Yeah-" Kamakiri agreed, "-Can you be more specific?"

"Muscle fibres break under constant abuse and become stronger and thicker. Your quirks are the same, keep using them and they will become stronger. If you don't, they wither away"

"In other words, you have one thing to do-" Vlad stood on a rock and crossed his arms, "-You'll have to break yourselves"

"Haahh?!"

Bakugou plunged his hands into the metal barrel filled with boiling water before raising them up and sending an explosion to the sky

Bakugou Katsuki, he's plunging into boiling water to expand his sweat limits and creating chain explosions to increase the scale of his bangin' attacks!

Todoroki sat in a barrel filled with water as he used his quirk, constantly switching between ice and fire

Todoroki Shoto, alternating between ice and fire he's regulating the temperature of the water. His body get accustomed to the cold and he works on controlling his flames, some day he might be able to use both at once!

Todoroki panted as he slapped the barrel, switching to use ice

Sero Hanta, having him produce tape continuously will increase his capacity and improve the tape's tensile strength and shooting speed

Sero yelled as he kept shot tape off the cliff, he was already standing on his knees, growing more tired each second

Kirishima Eijiro and Ojiro Mashirao, everytime Ojiro hits Kirishima's harden skin with his tail both of their quirks are steadily improved

Kirishima stumbled back as Ojiro's tail hit his arms before hardening them again

Kaminari Denki, by running his currents through a high capacity battery, he's learning to handle larger amounts of electricity

Pretty sure Kaminari was already in his dumb mode because he was screaming and kinda looks stupid
