Mrs. Cunningham: You students will not be home for Christmas.
Darcie: Why? It's a holiday.
Mrs. Cunningham: School will be open on Christmas Day.
Eddie: That's not happening! I want to spend time with my family!
Samantha: Me too! This is so stupid! Since when is school open on Christmas Day!
Mrs. Cunningham: I spoke to the superintendent, and he said schools will not be closed on Christmas Day. Lunch will be served as usual.
Bell: *ringing*
Mrs. Cunningham: Have a good rest of your day!
Eddie: *leaves to go home* This is messed up!
Samantha: Exactly! I'm telling my mom and dad about this, when I get home! *leaves to go home too*
