Time: evening
Place: UA dorms

Deku's pov

"-Hey andy can you get those photos to me by next week" "sure man, I'll start processing them now" "thanks man, I'll leave you to it, bye" I say as I hang up the phone, I'm currently on my way to see one of the three people who know my alter ego... it's a strange story to be honest them finding out was never my intention, but they helped me with a lot and I wouldn't be were I am now without them. it all started with one simple conversation...

(Flashback- 1 year ago)

Deku's pov

"Honey remember not to get too close to the villain fights, I dont want you to get hurt" "I'll be fine mom, I promise I'll be carefull" I say as I grab a piece of toast and head to the door, I have to be quick if I want to make it to school on time....

I'm currently running through the halls as fast as I can since home room starts in two minutes, I turn the corner right, just in time to reach homeroom as I open the door I hear "oi deku, what happened to you, you look like you fell down the stairs three times and then had to run a marathon" katsuki says as I enter the class "oh, do i?" i say quietly to myself as I go to sit down. as I take my seat the teacher walks in to start the lesson

Third person pov

"Alright class today we will be working on alternate job paths for if you can't be a hero" the teacher says as he walks to his desk "in this society the jobs you can get in to will first check if you have a suitable quirk and after they will check your skills" as the teacher explained the requirements of certain jobs all that was going through Izuku's mind were questions like 'but what if you're quirkless' 'what do you do then' 'are there any options for people like me' 'what type of job could I get' as the list goes on the teacher says one thing that stuck out to Izuku "and if you have a weak quirk or none you could try be a singer,a police officer, an artist or a journalist since they do not require a quirk except some of the sub category's
But moving on ......"as the teacher continues Izuku and some of his classmates tune him out, as the rest of the lecture was unimportant

Deku's pov

'Maybe I should try singing since if I get into a hero school it would be easier to hide then if I join the police or become a journalist plus I don't think I should be a journalist what if my work gets into the wrong hands' 'and it would cost me to much to start as an artist plus my art skills suck' as I mumble on about the pros and cons of each job I start to tune out the world around me. "Oi nerd the lunch bell rang are you just gonna mumble there all day or what" katsuki says in an annoyed tone "Ah! Sorry kacchan I didn't notice" "whatever"

Third person pov:

As Izuku starts packing up his things katsuki walks up to his desk " so nerd which job path are you thinking of doing since you and I both know you're not gonna become a hero" katsuki says gruffly "um... I'm thinking about maybe becoming a singer since I already know some guitar" Izuku murmurs "if you do end up doing that let me be the drummer until I get into UA" katsuki proclaims "alright kacchan" "so how are you gonna do this nerd" "Ah well I was thinking to do the whole thing under a stage name and hope no one finds out, hmm but otherwise I already have some song lyrics I wrote when I was bored that might work, and if I sound proof the attic then mum won't find out too soon, but I'll need to add some lights or it would be too dark, and I need something to cover my face with but not hinder my voice when recording" "nerd slow down first I'll help you sound proof the attic then we'll add the lights and there are microphone masks that can be customised for sale online and after that we'll come up with a stage name, alright?" Katsuki says "ok! Kacchan"

(End of flashback)

Deku's pov:

-Knock knock knock-
"Who the fuck is it" "it's me, Izuku" I say softly "oh Deku, come in" "so what do you need" katsuki says in a deep sleepy voice "well I was hoping you could help me with a new song for the album I'm releasing in about a mouth" I ask "alright, what's it about?"katsuki questions "well it's about...."

Alright I'm ending it there, have fun with the cliff hanger. And sorry for being away so long, the book will still be on hiatus for a while until I figure out how long I wanna make it, and if you have questions just ask in the comments and I'll answer when I find the time also sorry for switching between pov's so much
