Error dodged an attack from an EchoTale Sans only to be narrowly missed by a blast from an UnderFell Sans. All around him were the Sans' of the various AUs, each giving their all into every bone attack and every blast. They had ambushed the destroyer in an empty AU with all of them having been lying in wait for the right moment. Once they saw the opportunity they went on the attack and didn't give him any time to escape.

The fight had been going on for what seemed to be hours from how tired they felt. No one could tell exactly how long it had been since there was no way for them to tell time in this AU, but they knee it's been going on for a while. They were starting to wonder if it would take forever for them to get him.

"How much longer will this go on?" An AlterTale Sans mutters to himself. He wasn't actively attacking Error since his abilities as an Alter made him a much better healer than other AUs.

The BirdTale Sans being healed shrugged slightly with a wince. "Don't know, hopefully not long though cause I don't think we can take any more of this."

A glitchy cry alerted them and they looked towards the battle to see the destroyer finally on the ground. A few lucky hits had pinned both of his hands to the ground with bone attacks. Purple chains wrapped around the rest of his form while is red eyes glitched out and tenporarily blinded him. This was the chance they had been waiting for.

"Reaper, now!" Ink yelled out to the god as he was on his knees, panting heavily from the battle.

Reaper nodded and quickly approached the pinned destroyer. He too was panting heavily as he leaned against his scythe to take one more look at Error. Now was the moment they were anticipating. Finally, they could get rid of him once and for all. No longer will he be able to destroy AUs. They'll all be safe.

Though, Reaper also had other reasons.

Raising his scythe above his head, he gazed down with a blank expression. "Looks like even you couldn't escape death, huh?"

Even through the intense pain, Error found himself groaning at the terrible pun. "J-jUsT eN-nD it-T AlrE-eAdY, yO-u idI-ioT."

Reaper paused. Something about that felt familiar to him, but what was it? He shook his head and focused. Now was not the time for him to get distracted. All he had to do was slash Errors SOUL and that'll be the end of it. The god took a deep breath before he CHECKED Error.

What came out was not at all what any of them expected.

Reapers sockets widened in both shock and confusion. What... what was this? This couldn't be real, right? There was no possible way that Errors SOUL looked like this. It didn't look at all like what any of them had expected. It looked more like a Geno's SOUL.

And looked too much like his Geno's SOUL.

The same fragment. The same shape. The same feeling. The same everything. It wasn't just an imitation, it was the exact one.

Error, still unable to see, growled in frustration and, as if on instinct, yelled out a hauntingly familiar phrase in a familiar tone.

"H-hOw inCom-MpEteNt a-Are Yo-Ou? Ju-uSt Do iT-t a-AlReaDy, N-nimDeAth!"

They were face to face, both of them tired and out of breath. Scorch marks were all around them and they stood still. Neither of them moved for a while as they took a break. Reaper smirked at the one who stood in front of him.

"First time you've lasted this long without your condition acting up, I'm feeling so proud of you honey."

The other growled with a red blush erupting on his face. Damn this god of death and his unoriginal pet names.
