Fallen [Sooshu]

Part 21 | Jealousy

Shuhua was undeniably trying to calm herself down as she watched how Hui's hands were on Soojin's waist she can't take it anymore. She stood up abruptly but a hand grip her wrist stopping her.

"You said Soojin will be back. Trust her." Minnie said as she let go of the younger ones wrist. The maknae sat back down crossing her arms over her chest. She just closed her eyes to avoid whatever I'm going to witness.

but she was so wrong when she heard Soojin's giggle. She couldn't take it anymore. She stood up walking outside of the bar. Yuqi was about to follow her when Minnie stopped her. "Let her be."

Even though Yuqi and Soyeon are talking they aren't still that close enough. Shuhua was standing outside, hands on her pocket as she watches the cars pass by. The moon above was shining brightly. Shuhua felt something inside her that wants to erupt but she chose to ignore it.

Little did Shuhua know that a tear was already trickling down her pale white skin. Her feelings were too overwhelming. She wiped the tear away. Reality did hit her hard when Minnie said it to her and now it's playing inside of her head in loop.

"I can see that Soojin also likes you but it isn't enough. The two of you doesn't have any assurance to each other. You should claim her verbally Shu."

She brushed those thoughts off trying. Instead of dreading into it she's planning on how to claim Soojin verbally. She was busy in her own world not noticing that someone was already behind her.

"She was mine first." The man whispered making Shuhua to flinch. She turned to look at the man who interrupted them awhile ago.

"Your woman was already long gone. Soojin is different. You don't get to play games with her especially when I'm here." Shuhua spitted fire at him. Hui's face harden hearing the truth coming out from Shuhua's mouth.

"Where's Shuhua?" Soojin asks as soon as she came back to their table. Yuqi was busy talking to Soyeon about things that the older doesn't even know. Minnie heard her question.

"She's outside I think." Minnie said as she leaned her head to Miyeon who was on the phone talking to someone. Soojin took her phone before walking out of the place.

She squinted her eyebrows when she was welcomed by a crowd outside. "What's happening here?" she whispered to herself as she walks towards thw crowd and there she saw the maknae on top of the man she just danced with a minute ago.

The maknae was punching Hui's face so much. Shuhua was letting all the jealousy and anger that's inside her. Soojin widen her eyes as the scene unfolds in front of her. She immediately pulled Shuhua off from the guy who was almost lifelessly lying on the floor.

"What the hell Shuhua?" Soojin shouted causing for Shuhua to look at her with her sad eyes. Shuhua got up by herself as she walks inside the bar to get her phone.

"Yah what happened to your face Shu?" Yuqi rushed towards Shuhua but Shuhua just look at her with her cold eyes. She took her phone placing it inside her pocket. The maknae didn't look back even though the three were shouting her name.

There was still a crowd outside the bar and there was also an ambulance already. She glanced at where Soojin was. The older was helping Hui. She looked away not minding the two.

S H U H U A -

I shouldn't have done that. I was regretting what I did to Hui but he started it. I turned the cars engine on as I drive away from this place. It's suffocating me.

What hurts more is that Soojin pushed me and went to that man immediately. Did she even noticed how I was? I was now having second thoughts on whether it was a good choice sacrificing and giving ut up just for her.

"I love her that's why I am ready to give it up to her." I gripped the steering wheel hard. My phone was constantly ringing.

I sat down on the ground as the cold air hits my face. "Penny for your thoughts." I heard a voice behind me. "Elkie." I called out to her. "You seem to be not okay." she added as she sats beside me. I laugh a little bit.

"I am basically not okay." I said truthfully because even if I dent it I know that she knows I'm not okay guessing by how my face is a mess. "You look like a beaten soldier." she commented as she laughs lightly. I looked at her with my eyebrows furrowed.

"I'm trying to make you smile but you're just furrowing your eyebrows to me." she pouted but I ignored her. "Whatever it is fix it okay? Don't let your anger tops it." she advises tapping my back lightly to comfort me. The only comfort that I need right now is from the woman that I have love all through out his years.

Elkie left me and now I'm once again alone here up the hill watching the city lights. I need Soojin right now but I think she's disappointed at me for doing such thing. I cried visualizing how Soojin would be disappointed at me. We aren't even together yet I messed up.

All of them were silently sitting on Minnie's couch. "I should follow her." Soojin stood up.

"No let her be for the mean time. She's hurt emotionally and physically. Even if you're the cure to her sadness I don't want Shu do be broken." Minnie sternly said and Soojin kept her mouth shut. It was different from the Minnie that she knows. Minnie was just trying to protect Shuhua.

She can't afford the maknae to keep all of it inside of her but the maknae needa time and space. 'They aren't even together yet this happened.' Minnie thought shaking her head a little.
