Part 27 | I don't care who you are

"I'll be going now." Shuhua kissed Soojin's forehead before walking out of the engineer's office.

"You're back." Minnie and Miyeon were cuddled up on the couch as tge younger watched them blankly. Minnie noticed the aura that was radiating f om the younger. "What happened Yuqi~ya?" Miyeon sat straight as Minnie did so.

Yuqi just sat on the single couch blankly as the scene keeps on repeating inside of Yuqi's head. "Yuqi~ah what happened?" Miyeon's soft voice made Yuqi to look at her with sad eyes.

"Unnie tell me did I made a mistake on risking it all for her? Should I just go back to where I should really be? We haven't even had a really proper talk then I'll see her with some guy kissing at the parking lot." Yuqi said as she lowered her head feeling embarrassed.

"Do you love her?" They heard a voice as the three look at the door where the maknae was standing while crossing her arms over her chest. Yuqi looked at her as she thinks about it.

"I love her." she answered making the younger to smile at her.

"If you love her then go back there and make it right. I bet that guy was just a stranger base from Soyeon unnie's intimidating aura. I couldn't even bring myself to be close to her but she's nice. My point is don't jump into something without confirming it. Then if she and the guy were really a thing then maybe Soyeon unnie wasn't really for you." The maknae smiled at Yuqi warmly as the fallen Archangel came running to her.

Yuqi hugged Shuhua before whispering a thank you to her. "Good luck." Shuhua teased Yuqi a little bit as Yuqi walked away to go back to Daejeon.

"You're back too." Minnie said as she laugh and the two just looked at her doubting if she's really Minnie. "Yeah and I had a great time so don't ruin it." Shuhua said before glaring at her unnie.

"I won't ruin it but I just want to ask something." Minnie suddenly became serious that made Shuhua to look at her with her squinted eyebrows waiting for hee unnie to comtinue it. Miyeon was just listening to them while playing with Minnie hand that was on her lap.

"When are you going to tell Soojin?" Minnie fired the question to Shuhua. She doesn't want Soojin and Shuhua to live in a life with lie and they're together now so it makes sense. "You should always be true to her." Minnie added as her gaze towards the younger softens.

"I know what if she doesn't accept me for who I am?" Anxiety started to crawl up to Shuhua imagining what would be Soojin's reaction when she found out that Shuhua was an angel.

Miyeon look at Shuhua with a smile. "Soojin will accept like how I accepted Minnie. You just have to try." Shuhua look at Miyeon who was smiling at her. She nods her head believing her words.

Soyeon was still at the parking lot. She doesn't know what the heck she's still doing there. "Why am I even here? She's not coming back." Soyeon muttered as she turned the other way and there she saw Yuqi walking towards her with no emotion.

"Yuqi." Soyeon whispered. "Did you witness it?" Soyeon asks a very dumb question as Yuqi just smiled at her. "Yes I did." Yuqi simply said.

"I'm sorry if you have to witness that. I don't even know who that asshole was." Soyeon was now releasing her anger that she felt to the man as Yuqi listens to her.

"Let's date." Yuqi was really out of her mind.

Soyeon was flustered by what the younger said. Yuqi just watched her as Soyeon was still thinking of what she's gonna say towards the younger. "I-  o-kay." it was Yuqi's first time to see Soyeon stuttering.

"Then let's go grab some late lunch. I wouldn't want my girlfriend to starve while she's at work." the younger grabbed Soyeon's hand intertwining it with hers. Soyeon blushed at the contact of their hands against each other.

"What do you want?" Yuqi asks as her left hand was on the steering wheel while her right hand was holding Soyeon's hand. Soyeon has been nagging her that both of her hands should be on the steering wheel.

"Chicken." Soyeon simply said as she puts Yuqi's hand on her lap playing with it. The fallen Archangel was ticklish as hell so she immediately stopped the car.

"I'll drive with both of my hands." Soyeon was just playing with hee hand but it feels like she's tickling her her. Soyeon chuckled at Yuqi's reaction.

S H U H U A -

I kept my hands inside my pocket as I wait for Soojin to go out.

She saw Soojin walking out of the building with Kino on her side. She smiled at Soojin as the engineer waved her hands towards the younger. "I'll be going now. Hi Shuhua take care of Soojin." Kino was actually friendly as I just smiled at him.

"Let's go." I handed my hand out for her to take which she grabbed almost immediately. I captured her lips before opening the car door.

"Where are we exactly going?" I noticed how Soojin was quietly looking outside then to me. "You said we'll have some dinner." she added. "Yes we'll have dinner." I simply said.

I stopped the car. I asked for Minnie and Miyeon unnie's help with this.

I opened the car door for Soojin as we walk towards the edge of the cliff were the tables were set up. There were fairy lights hanged on the tree surrounding it with light bulbs to make the place a little brighter.

I tried my best to cook everything that's on the table right now. I almost burned down their kitchen while preparing this but with the two unnie's assisting me luckily the kitchen was still intact.

Soojin suddenly jumped on me as I held her in my arms tightly. She kissed me again and again. "I love you. You're the best." I smiled at her as I pulled out a chair for her to sit down.

"I have something to tell you." I said as I look straight to her eyes. She look at like she was waiting for me to say it.

"I'm an angel." Shuhua softly said. Soojin looked at her with her eyes full of confusions.

"Don't joke around like that Shuhua." Soojin sternly said as Shuhua look at her sighing aftee that. "I'm not."

"My grandmother once loved an angel also and I didn't believe it not until I saw it for myself but because of that my grandmother died." Soojin sadly said.

"But if you really are then I don't care." Soojin softly said. "I knew something was odd about the three of you but I decided to shrug it off since it was impossible." she added.

"I genuinely love you so I made up my mind to tell it to you." Shuhua said as she stands up making her way towards Soojin. Soojin hugged the younger.

"This is crazy but would you like to dance with me?" Shuhua was so embarrassed by her own idea. Soojin laugh at how the younger was shyly asking her for a dance. "I would gladly dance with you." Soojin muttered.

"You didn't invite me." Shuhua turned to look at who it was.

The younger immediately went in front of Soojin protecting the latter from what's about to come in their way.

"You're just a mere angel Yeh Shuhua."
