Upon the defeat of Bete Noire, a new Soul emerged from within her Soul of Fear. This new Soul was a friendly one to all kinds of monsters and humans. But the Soul itself was not normal. This power is something no one wants to meet. This power must be concealed, for my safety...and for his. - cover drawn by me - 97 years ago, the monsters of the Underground arrived on the surface, and the first Bête Noire's reign of terror commenced. Now, in all parts of the surface, the number of glitches has grown exponentially, extending into seemingly normal occurrences within daily life. In Jetvale City, a well-furnished metropolis much like the Surface Capital, Tyler Hartford, a high school student and an unskilled wizard, discovers an alarming anomaly in the code of the world, and it's the likes of something neither human nor monster has ever seen before.

Legends have told of a Soul of DETERMINATION falling before his sister, who these legends have claimed to wield the Soul of FEAR. The sister then used a spell in order to turn an innocent girl into a vessel of destruction, one that would rid the world of Humanity and Monsterkind. However, no one remembers there being another brother. He lived in AGONY after learning about his family's death. It is now a time of peace and prosperity after a human, Chara, has freed the Monsters from Mt. Ebott. Or, at least, it was supposed to be. The vessel of FEAR has awoken to the cheers of both monsters and humans. Now, her plans are coming together, and soon, the world would make her queen. But how would she feel if this "Bête Noire" meets her brother once again? Will she fulfill her purpose of destruction or seek a family once more?

The story of a princess who once ruled over Hyrule, the kingdom shone over by ancient technology and people of the Sheikah. 4 Champions who took control of some of these pieces of ancient technology and people of the kingdom finding more about the technology they had around them, yet they didn't even know of. This kingdom fell far after, and only one could save them. Who would it be? Would they remember anyone at all? This is the story of the one who masters the sword of sealing the darkness, being the appointed knight of the princess. ----- This is an AU I thought of quite awhile ago and it's basically a crossover of Legend Of Zelda - Breath of the Wild with Glitchtale.
