Episode 51: Point of view

Amy's POV

I walked out of Karma's room when Shane grabbed my arm.

Shane:"Is she okay?!"

I nodded.

Amy:"She has amnesia, but she remembers homecoming, that's a start"

Shane smiled at me right before he hugged me.

Shane:"Come on sit down"

I sat down next to Anna.

Anna:"Oh god,  I am so relieved she is okay"

She hugged me. Casper came up to me.

Casper:"I heard she doing good"

He smiled at me. Then his eyes turned to Anna. He gave her a hand.

Casper:"Hi, I am Casper, you are?"

Anna:"Anna, I was the driver who....well, you get it"

He nodded.

Casper:"Look I am on a lunch break and my team is still busy, would you like to join me?"

Anna nodded and followed Casper.

Shane:"I always hoped he was gay"

I laughed at Shane's reaction.

Amy:"Please you have a million boy toys, Casper is not your type"

Shane:"Well I have Duke now, and we're happy,  although the world doesn't know"

Amy:"One day maybe, but you guys are happy and that's all that matters"

I smiled at him.

Shane:"Did you tell her, you're a couple?"

I nodded.

Amy:"She asked me if she had a boyfriend so I told her no but you have me"

He smiled.

Amy:"She took it quite well."

Shane's phone rang, Liam. He put it on silent.

Amy:"Why is he calling you?"

Shane started to sweat.

Shane:"I may have told him Karma got hit by a car"

Amy:"Seriously Shane, I am not in the mood for him, he said sorry but I just don't like the guy"

Shane:"I know, I'm sorry"

Amy:"It's fine, just tell him she's okay, otherwise he'll get worried and come over"

Shane did as I told him. I looked over at Casper desperately flirting with Anna, they could be cute together. I mean I don't know her but she has integrity, so that's a good thing. Shane walked back to me.

Shane:"That's settled"

I smiled at him. He looked down at his clothes.

Shane:"I'm gonna go home and get changed because I look like crap, do you need anything?"

Amy:"I'm fine,  but can you bring a sweater for me?"

He nodded.

Shane:"See you in a few"

He hugged me and left off. I looked around me and checked if there were nurses or doctors, when I didn't spot anyone I went into Karma's room again. She was asleep so I sat down and held her hand.
