"What happened to you putting on actual clothes today?" I asked Ziggy while laughing while we pulled up to the school

"This morning wasn't it"

"Whatchu mean?"

"I had to dress for the occasion"Ziggy plainly told me while she took her hair down and fixed her bun

"What occasion?"

Ziggy shrugged "I just gotta feeling"

I looked her up and down while she continued to do her hair and I sucked my teeth "you got me fucked up if you think you gone fight today"

"If it happen it happens. I'm just tryina be prepared"

"I know you ain still lettin Kai and ol girl get to you"

"I'm not. I'm just saying, I woke up with a feeling so if something happens then it happens"

I sighed and sat back, staring at Ziggy.

"I need to start making you mad more often, shit you fine as hell like that"

Ziggy cut her eyes over at me and tried to keep herself from smiling my sucking her teeth

"Get out my face Geo"

"Nah Forreal Zig"

She stared at me while she reached into her pocket and pulled out some rings, putting them on her fingers and I laughed

"You Forreal"

"Deadass Geo"

"See, hell nah" I started the car again "I'm taking yo ass back home"

" for what?"

"Cause. Ion need you in trouble"

"Geo-"

"Dont gEo me. You think I'm bout to sit here and let you fight? Got me fucked up. Ion know why you letting Kai and Tia outta all people bother you"

Ziggy rolled her eyes while she turned her head to look out the window.

"What really wrong witchu"

"Nothing" she muttered but I knew she was lying.

"What?"

"Look at me"

"You seen my face thousands of times"

"But I wanna see it right now"

"You got pictures in yo phone"

I sucked my teeth and grabbed her arm turning her towards me and saw she had tears in her eyes

"The hell wrong witchu?"

"Nothing Geo. Come on" she told me while she grabbed her bookbag and opened the door, getting out. I shook my head while getting out too, locked my doors and followed her while we walked across the parking lot.

"You know you gone have to tell me sooner or later?"

She laughed a little while I threw my arm across her shoulders

"Sure Geovonni"

"So it is something wrong?"

"No-"

"Unt Unt. Can't take it back now. I ain gone bother you now but ima make sure you tell me later"

"Aye Geo" My homeboy, Malik called my name and I dapped him up as he walked up to us
