Ziggy

8:43 pm

All day me and Geo been sleep on and off at his house. When I finally woke again, most likely gonna but up for the rest of the day after this, I could hear Geo playing his game in the living room so I got out of the bed, left the room and went down the hall to the living room. He looked over at me as I sat down beside him

"Your momma not home yet?"

"Nah. Ion know what that lady had to do today. She think she grown.. got me fucked up"

I laughed a little and looked at him while he kept his attention on the game again

"So we ain gone talk about what the fuck happened earlier?"

"What about it? We said what we said right?"

"Yeah"

"Ight then" he paused his game and turned to face me "ima tell you how feel. I want you, only you and thats it"

"But my question is why me? Outta all of them hoes in your phone. Let everybody tell it I'm not your type Geo"

"Why? Cause you ain gotta try like everybody else? Ziggy other than the fact that you mean, extremely blunt, antisocial, sometimes rude, emotionless-"

"Get past all of that" I cut him off, starting to get offended  and Geo chuckled

"Beside all of that, its a lot to love about you. And shit, I love all that shit I just named"

"That's cause you deal with it all the time cause you used to it"

"Yeah. And I think that shit kinda sexy when you be out here tryina act like a hardass to people. But then when you around me you all soft"

"Whatever geovonni" I rolled my eyes

"I'm Forreal though. But my only thing is that we been friends for so long"

"Yeah" I agreed with him "I feel you on that. And if something bad happens it could possibly mess up our friendship"

"And we don't want that to happen.. but shit, I mean we been fuckin round this long"

"But we were both just doing our own thing Geo. A relationship is different"

"We ain gotta jump straight into no relationship though. We can slowly work our way towards that. But that's only if that whatchu wanna do"

"That's fine with me. But you'll have to cut off complete contact with them hoes of yours"

He looked at me while laughing and I mocked his laugh before holding a straight face

"I'm serious"

"I know. And I will. I'm serious bout us"

"Alright geo. Show me you serious"

"I gotchu" he assured me while he reached and grabbed my hand while the door unlocked and opened and his momma walked in

"Ziggy, Heyyy sweetheart" she greeted me first making Geo suck his teeth

"How you speak to Ziggy before to own son.. and where you been?"

"Last time I checked, I'm grown" she responded back to Geo while she slapped him upside the back of the head then gave me a hug and I laughed "it's been a minute since I saw you zakia"

"I've been tryina get myself together"

"Is everything alright? Geo told me about the school situation. I'm tryina see what I can do to help you"
