❄The Snow Hashira❄ Senjuro x Female Hashira Reader

♤•Master Kagaya/Father•♤

(I don't know why, but I'm having a writer's block or in a bad mood. Though I'm not sure and it's weird, so I'll try my best to try to write today. I hope you understand)

(Y/N)'s pov:

As Senjuro and I were walking on our way to go find Rengoku Kyojuro, Senjuro's older brother the flame Hashira we coincidentally bump into the water Hashira.

"OoUh! Sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you." I said as I looked up to see the water Hashira.

"It's fine." He said.

"You're the water Hashira right?" I asked him.

He nodded.

"I'm the new snow Hashira. I'm the replacement for my father since he died on a mission."

He nodded and then said "I'm Tomioka Giyuu."

"I'm (Y/N) (L/N)." I replied to him as we shaked hands.

"Do you know where Rengoku- san is perhaps?" I gave a question to him.

"I think he just went back home from his mission." Tomioka replied.

"Thank you, we'll be on our way now."

We then walked away from each other's paths.

(Even though he doesn't show it on his face he actually feels bad about your loss. He pittys people without showing it at all on his depressed Giyuu face)

"(Y/N), are you ok? That seemed to be a very slight bump between you two." Senjuro asked me worriedly.

"I'm fine Senjuro, you worry about me too much. Are you starting to get comfortable with me? Or perhaps like me?" I asked Senjuro just to tease him.

"W-what!? No, I-I just think you're a nice friend, so that's why I'm just a little comfortable around you. . .that's it." Senjuro mumbled the last two words from his mouth.

"I'm just teasing you! You don't have to get so flustered about it!" I giggled a bit with one of my hands to my mouth.

All that was left from Senjuro was bright pink cheeks with a quiet shy action afterwards.

"Aww, I'm sorry Senjuro, please don't stay mad at me." I apologized to him with a sorrowful face.

"Mhh, It's fine. . ." He quietly spoke.

'Oh no, I think I definitely made him mad. . .I have to make it up to him later for sure. . .' I thought to myself feeling guilty.

Senjuro's pov:

'I was kinda sad that (Y/N) joked about me like that. To make it worse I kinda lied about my feelings for her. Even if it's just been today I met her, my thoughts of her aren't meant to be thrown away. They are meant to make a relationship of some sort. I don't think she'll ever accept my feelings. I'm scared she'll hate me if I tell her and end up making her leave me.' I thought as we walked back to my house at the flame estate.

(Y/N)'s pov:

We made it back to Senjuro's home flame estate and we saw Rengoku- san from outside, about to get in.

"I'm back Aniki!" I heard Senjuro say as he went up to his big brother hugging him. Followed by his big brother giving him a big squeeze.

"Hello Senjuro! Who is this person with you now?" He asked with a very loud voice.

"I'm (Y/N) (L/N), the new snow Hashira's replacement which was my father because he died on a mission." I responded.

'I couldn't help but, thought wow. He has a loud voice, but his little brother has a quiet voice. I guess opposites really do attract.'

"Oh, I'm sorry for your loss. How about you come in with us for some food?" He asked, but it sounded like a command to me.

"I'm sorry, but Master Kagaya asked me to meet him after I've met all the Hashiras. I'll have to see you both tomorrow or later on. Goodbye." I told them then waved at them goodbye.

They waved back goodbye as I walked back to the Master's place.

(They were both a little taken by surprise (Y/N) called him by his first name, but just forgot about it)

I arrived there and got to talk to Master Kagaya a bit while drinking tea with him.

He mainly asked about me and I responded to him. He asked my favorite color, favorite food, my fighting techniques, my favorite activities. Basically what I like. Then he asked me something that I didn't think he would ask.

"Do you want anything? Perhaps a goal or a love relationship?" Master Kagaya asked, blankly changing the topic.

I nearly spit the tea out of my mouth hearing about him saying "Love relationship".

"What do you mean Master? Do you mean if I have something I crave or really want to have?" I asked with a sweatdrop, quite confused and blushed.

He nodded.

"Please tell me what you would want or like. If you don't feel like saying it, it's fine, but you don't have to be shy about it." He somehow pleaded in a way.

"Well, I umm. . . I kinda do want a love relationship, but I just really want to be in a happy relationship. My father and mother haven't really been giving me attention that I had since I was little. Father forced me to practice my breathing for years. I really hate it, but never said anything back to him. . . I even have these from him. I revealed my secret and showed the bruises on my back.

"I don't want to be a nuisance and bother you with my problems, but since you asked I told you what I want and liked." I bowed to him thanking him.

"(Y/N). . ." He said in a quiet voice making me a little scared for a moment.

"Y-yes?" I stupidly stuttered in front of him.

"Come here." He said and hugged me.

My eyes opened in surprise.

"I never knew that he did these things to you, I'm sorry. You may cry if you need to." He assured me.

"B-but, that wouldn't be a-appropriate o-of me, M-master Kagaya." I stuttered from almost starting to cry.

"It's ok my dear child. . .you can if you need it." You patted my head still hugging me as I started to have slow teardrops from my eyes.

I didn't cry loudly or a lot, but you could hear the hiccups from my voice.

After 30 minutes of me crying past I then finally asked him what was on my mind.

"Master Kagaya? Where will I be staying?" I asked.

"Oh, you'll be staying at the flame estate. I don't have enough room in this house and I could tell you're having a liking to young Senjuro. Aren't you?" Master Kagaya said cheekly.

"W-well, yeah. . . I do." I sighed, gave up and just told him.

"It's getting dark now, so you should be going now my dear child."

"Ok, goodnight father. . ." I changed from Master to father.

I left the place as quiet as I could.

(One of the other reasons he said you couldn't stay at his place is because he gets sick and coughs up blood in the manga. He doesn't want you to see him in such a poor, weak state. I don't think that's a spoiler at all though since he does look sick anyways. He also liked that you called him Father, because he didn't want you to be very formal and become comfortable here. He did ask you what you wanted. You said a happy relationship, so you called him father as if he was ^^)

Edit: This whole time I've been calling the master "Kagaya". I thought it was his last name and didn't know the demon slayers call him "Oyakata"
:[ That's very disrespectful from me, but just pretend that he let's (Y/N) call him that because he wanted her to feel comfortable. Cuz he does want her to feel comfortable as like his own child :]
