The next day there was very hustle bustle on shergill as well as singhaniya's house as tomm there is engagement of drikshit....
Drishti and rakshit had very different thoughts related to this marriage.......

Kal meri engagement hai rakshit k saath...i m goona be mrs drishti rakshit shergill..lekin esa kyu lag raha hai ki kuch sahi nahi hai matlab kuch toh hai jo hai but dikh nahi raha ajj chod drishti Tu zyada hi soch rahi hai now just be relax kal engagement hai teri....yeyyy thankkk u godddd i love uhh rakshit❤❤❤❤❤

Oh god ab kya karu kuch nahi kar sakta lavanya ka phone nahi lag raha aur kal engagement hai main kya karu.....i really don't want to do these but agar maine mana kar diya toh mom ko takleef hogi aur main apni khushi k liye apni mom ko takleef main nahi dekh sakta she is my world...jo bhi chal raha hai i know meri khushi nahi hai usmain but meri mom ki khushi hai aur meri mom ki khushi k liye main sab kuch karunga i am sorry lavanya kaash tum yaha hoti toh shayad situation ko badal sakta but ab mere haath main kuch nahi hai......
The day of engagement......
Just family and close frds were invited as in just 1 day anyone cannot come...so there were just shergill singhaniya vinay and shreya....
Everyone were ready and engagement was at singhaniya's villa....

Drishti(in mind) :wow he is looking so handsome in this outfit....oh god why he is so hot i just want to kiss him...wait did I just said that i want to k8ss him???? Han toh ab honewalaa pati hai mera matlab if I want I can..matlab nahi esa bhi nahi hai aghhh oh god he is driving me crazy...and if he will be hot like this everyday then surely one day he will be death for me....oh goddd i m feeling so different today....
Rakshit(in mind) :she is looking beautiful I mean whatever she wears she looks beautiful and she is carrying this outfit with so much of grace....

Firstly mahima came...
Mahima did arti of drikshit...put tika on their face and brought a red dupatta

Mahima made drishti wear it(wear in the sense ki uske matthe par rakhi)
After that she gave nariyal(coconut brown one) to drishti made her eat sweet....and gave hamper of fruits and also gave jewellery and some clothes pair to her....
After mahima suvarna and manish came....
Suvarna did aarti of drikshit....put tikka and then manish made rakshit wear the gold chain...

Suvarna also gave nariyal(dry coconut) to rakshit made him eat sweet and then gave hamper of dryfruits and some pair of clothes (like shirt and all)
Then they both got up from their place
It was time for exchanging the rings...
Firstly rakshit made drishti wear the ring...all clapped and then drishti made rakshit wear the ring....

All hugged each other....gave blessings to drikshit shreya and vunay congratulate drikshit....
Vinay gave couple watch to drikshit and shreya gave couple bracelet...
Divya congratulated drikshit on video call and said she will be coming in 2-3 days.....
All had food ad both the families were very happy....
After 3 days all the rituals are gonna start on their respective homes....
They discussed few more things and then took leave giving blessings and mahima said that there is an ritual tha before marriage and after engagement bride comes at her in-laws house....so said that rakshit will come tomorrow to pick her up...
(Actually ye yaha hota hai so socha rakh du as a ritual if aapke yaha nahi hota to mujhe nahi pata yaha hota hai ye and isko kankupagla kehte hai like shaddi k baad ladki aati hai toh chaval aur redwater se ghar main enter karti hai na toh ye vahi hai bas voh chaval vala isme nahi hota...)
Singhaniya agreeed and shergill's took leave....
