Beam's P.O.V.

After Forth left yesterday I remembered I had some assignments due today. Forth is taking too much of my time. Friday we went out to eat, Saturday we were at the bar and then Sunday I had to cook for him thanks to Lam. I am freaking tired. But thankfully the day is over so I'm just going to take a well deserved nap. I just took a shower after being all day in my uniform. I put on an old t-shirt that was a little too big on me but I didn't care since it was comfortable and some shorts. Without a care in the world I threw myself in the bed. Perfect just what I needed I thought letting out a contented sigh.

My happiness didn't last for long as loud knocks on the door woke me up. I woke up startled really wondering if I should get up or just keep sleeping. As I was drifting off again the knocks started getting louder. I sighed getting out of bed and walking to the door. I opened it and was surprised.

"Lam? What are you doing here?" I said letting out a yawn. He pushed me away entering my dorm quickly.

"Damn Beam don't you know how to answer the door quickly." He said and I looked at him confused.

"When did I agree to you coming here?" I said.

"You are my friend now and I need your help." He said and I nodded.

"Well next time call. You interrupted my precious nap." I said tired finally closing the door.

"Sorry it was an emergency." He said and I just walked backed to my bed.

"I'm so damn tired. I was up all night yesterday and it was your fault! Since I had to cook for Forth it took a lot of my time and I had to stay up doing assignments." I said getting in bed and hugging my pillow.

"It's your fault tho. You should've just left me in that damned coffee shop feeling sorry for myself." He said sitting on my bed with his back leaning on the headboard and I chuckled.

"So what happened then?" I asked him.

"Stupid Park is acting weird since yesterday and it's making me fall harder for him. As if I didn't have enough problems." Said Lam annoyed.

"You know you say you like him but the way you say it, it sounds completely different." I said amused.

"Ah well who wants to like that jerk anyway. I'm just stupid." He said.

"Not that I mind but why are you here?" I asked curiously.

"You won't believe it! Park hasn't left my side since yesterday! He even made me stay at his house! That's not good for my poor stupid heart! I had no way to escape him and Forth that idiot just disappeared after class was over because he had to redo one of his labs. I couldn't go home either because he knows where I live. I barely escaped him and I even had to take a cab. I was thinking where should I go because he kept insisting on spending time with me so I'm sure he's looking for me. I want to start making a distance since my poor heart can't take this much longer but he doesn't let me. I figured your place is the last place he would look for me so here I am." He said and I sighed.

"Seriously Lam just tell him and then try to move on! It's easier if you stop hiding your feelings and you'd have a reason to distance yourself while you mend your heart." I said

"I don't like it when you say things that make sense. I don't want him to know of my feelings that would ruin our friendship. So I don't know what to do. But for now can I stay here for a while?" He said.

"Of course you can. As you said I'm your friend now. So I'll hide you from Park as many times as you want." I said letting out a yawn.

"Damn you really are tired." Said Lam letting out a laugh.
