Scared of losing you

It was sister night and Kara was currently snuggled on the couch with Alex watching movies. Although they saw each other all the time at work both sisters needed time alone together away from all the crime and pressure . For Kara It was a time when she could just relax and be herself,she could be vulnerable and scared and had no scene of responsibility . With Alex ,Kara could be a normal person with emotions and just be her little sister. Same with Alex the pressure wasn't as intense compared to kara's but with all the crime going on in the city they didn't have much time to spend with each other without a drama going on and Alex needed that to confined in her sister on her thoughts and feelings they both did . Without each other they were both lost and lonely if they didn't spend time together life would be to overwhelming.

Both sisters snuggled in to each other blanket draped over their bodies currently watching the wizard of oz kara's favourite movie. They had watched the movie countless of times Alex had asked always said no to the movie suggestion haven grown bored of the movie yet time Kara would insist and give her the puppy dog eyes and pount which Alex could not say no to . They had just finished all the potstickers as the credits started rolling in .

"I'm still hungry " Kara whined when she noticed the empty plate being deeply upset that her one true love was gone .

"Me to most of them ended up in your tummy " Alex joked a little salty that her sister didn't let her have meany .

"You know I'll tell you what I'll go and pick some more up it would be much quicker than ordering " Kara suggested grabbing her purse .

"Thank you Save me more this time "

"I'll try I'll be back soon love you " Kara said placing a kiss on Alex's forehead before flying out the window and landing in a nearby alley.
She checked if no one was around before using her super-speed to get to the Chinese restaurant. She picked up her large order of potstickers and walked back at a human pace not wanting to lose the beloved potstickers and also trying not to blow her cover.

She was halfway home when she felt a slight pain at the back of her neck like something had hit her however she ignored it she was the girl of still for cries sake . A minute later the pain intensified  siering through her skin and ripping her strength away from her . Kryptonite she thought as her vision began to blur and just before she could react her world turned black .

It had been nearly an hour and Kara still hadn't returned home with the potstickers.
Alex began to grow worried she just got caught up in saving someone right . She checked the news to see if any major crime or event had occurred but nothing.
After about another fifteen minutes Alex decided to call her phone , when It went to voice mail more than three times that's when Alex started to really panic. Usually Kara would answer immediately or at least after one voice mail , mabey just leave a quick text on her wear a-bouts .
Alex picked up her coat and put her shoes gun in her back-pocket for proportions and left out the door.

She made her way to the Chinese restaurant looking closely at the floor and her soundings for something that could lead her to Kara . The trail had been running cold until she came across an abandoned plastic bag and a cardboard box right by it . Curious and wanting to find something that linked to Kara she picked the box up and looked inside. In the box laid lots of cold potstickers by the size of the box and amount of potstickers it seemed to be a large portion. This made Alex panic yes other people ordered potstickers from the restaurant but the box contained an insane amount of them and not many people would order the amount Kara would so it was quite clear that these had belonged to her sister . A few feet from the bag was an old ally way , the walls were falling apart and covered in graffiti and no light seeped through it . Alex turned the torch on her phone and pointed it downwards lighting up the ground . She followed the long path occasionally pointing her phone above her and looking back on herself just in case she saw her sister or anyone dangerous. A few moments later she came across another objected this time reasonably small and brick like a phone , Alex picked it up it wasn't just any phone it was kara's phone.
As she turned it on a photo of the two of them hugging appeared at her . It was taken about a year ago then the sisters had invited some friends round for game night they had gotten John to take this photo for them . Kara loved the photo as it reminded her of her sisters love words and warmth it gave her comfort when her sister couldn't be there for her . The picture now had a massive crack going across the sisters faces you could say a symbol foreshadowing their supposed fate . The smashed phone and abandoned food clearly wasn't a good thing so Alex continued searching taking pictures asking strangers if they had seen anything looking for misplaced objects and out of place buildings but midnight rolled around to quickly and by 3am Alex still had no leads no ideas of where her sister could be . Alex no matter how badly she wanted to continue her search and to get her sisters back in her arms where she was safe ,she took a break and got some rest . It took hours for Alex to fall asleep constantly replaying scenarios of what state her sister could be in and  who took her . How can anyone just up right kidnap someone it shouldn't be right. After overthinking and lots of worrying Alex eventually fell asleep.
