Lena gone bad

Hello everyone be warned this is going to be quite dark I'm going to do a slightly different version later on of this one shot that isn't as dark and follows a slightly different path. I hope you enjoy.

Lena sat her desk alcohol in hand staring off into space. Her heart was full of pain after the aftermath of her brother so she began to drown herself in alcohol the intoxicating liquid washed over her heart numbing it completely. Her eyes glanced over an photo she had on the desk of her Kara and Alex (I honestly don't know if Alex was even in the picture I tried re watching the scene and slowing it down but I still couldn't tell lol).
Rage boiled through Lena's skin just looking at kara how could she be so cruel.
She made her open up to her when she didn't want to get close to anyone and she didn't do the same. She knew how badly it effected her when eve betrayed her she knew how much pain Lena had been at the deceit and lies Kara even told her how wrong everyone was to her she made her believe that she was different and then the one person she still had hope in did the one thing she promised she wouldn't do. She betrayed her. She was worse than all the others she had previously spited on for hurting Lena she made her believe that she didn't deserve to be treated the way they did and she goes and follows in their footsteps, she was a hypocrite. She smashed her glass into the picture frame and glass shattered in many directions. That's what there friendship was shattered ,dangerous and beyond repairs. The photo frame was broken and so will kara.

A few weeks after lex died

"Hey Lena how are you feeling " Kara asked as she entered her best friends office.

"Good now that your here I've had so much work to do it's honestly been stressful " Lena answered putting on an act.

"Look what I got us " Kara smiled holding up a bag from Big belly burger .

"Omg your the best" Lena exclaimed putting on a fake smile food wasn't going to fix this friendship.

They both sat down at the sofa eating the fast food in front of them .

"How you feeling" Lena asked she couldn't stand sitting in silence starting at kara's content face it drove her mad so she thought starting a conversation would help distract her and prevent her from slipping any information that she knew about her identity.

"I err I'm good that actually reminds me there's s-something I h-h-have to tell you" Kara blurted out face fallen she usually would be worried by this scared to what she was going to tell her but now she felt emotionless.

"I eeer well em I-I don't w-want you thinking that I didn't trust you but Erm
I am err an alien I am you know supergirl.
A-and I know your going to hate me and I-I'm s-so sorry I was only trying to p-protect you , I-I kn-know you c-ca-can't forgive me I didn't mean to hurt y-you
I-I'm so s-sorry I-I'm sorry i-If It feels l-like I betrayed you I d-didn't mean for it to be like this , I you just err you were so close with Kara you expected me for m-myself a-nd not what I can, do m-my powers and then y-you had beef with super supergirl and I I-I-I just I couldn't , I couldn't risk losing you I-I can't lose you Lena " Kara stammered balling her eyes out Lena's face fell as she pretended to be hurt she needed it to be believable.
