Chapter 10

Two Years Later

Cinderace's POV:

I look all around the house. From the downstairs, to the upstairs.

An anxious expression grows on my face as i turn to lucario and riolu.

Cinderace: "Hey, have you guys seen scorbunny? i cant find him anywhere..''

They look at me.

Lucario: "I haven't.''

Riolu: "No. But look mommy! i made this drawing all by myself!" She says as she shows it to me.

Cinderace: "Aww, sweetie that looks so good! looks just like your dad!" I say to her as i pat her on the head.

She smiles at me warmly and giggles.

Lucario: "Sure does.. although its a surprise that she can draw better than me.'' He says as he crosses his arms.

Suddenly out of nowhere, chuckling is heard in the distance.

I walk away from them and look observe my surroundings.

Cinderace: "Wait a minute..'' I focus my attention on a shelf.

I couldn't help but smile as i walk towards it. Scorbunny is on top of the shelf staring at me with a cute expression.

Cinderace: "Scorbunny, what on earth are you doing up there??" I ask as i gently grab him off.

Scorbunny: "I wanted to see how long you would take to find me!" He says as he laughs.

I sit next to lucario and riolu with scorbunny on my lap.

Two years have gone by. Our relationship together have gotten even closer.

We even have our own kids now.. and they are so adorable.

Lucario: "Hey cinderace.'' He says.

I look over to him to see him smiling at me happily.

Lucario: "Its almost night. I think the aurora borealis is about to start.''

This immediately catches my attention.

Cinderace: "You're right! come on kids, follow us!" I lay scorbunny onto the floor as lucario and i walk towards the door.

The cold night breeze hits us across our fur as we look above into the sky.

Lucario: "Over here, its a better spot.'' He says.

We walk towards him and we all sit down under a tree together.

Riolu lays her head on my shoulder. I pat her on the head and we all focus our attention to the night sky.

We gaze in amazement as we stare at the shining green sky.

Riolu: "Woah, it looks so cool!" She says.

Lucario: "Yeah! probably the most beautiful thing i've ever seen.''

He turns to me and kisses me on cheek.

Lucario: "But not as beautiful as you~"

A deep blush immediately rises on my face as i hug him.

Cinderace: "Awwww..''

Scorbunny: "Look!" He yells out to us catching our attention.

We look above to see a shooting star in the sky.

Lucario: "Huh, well what do you want to wish for?"

Hmmm...what do i want to wish for?

Cinderace: "I wish that you and i continue to live happily together with our kids.''

I lean in and kiss him on the cheek, earning a blush from him.

Lucario: "T-Thats adorable.'' He smiles warmly at me.

All 4 of us continue staring at the beautiful night sky together.
