Liam wanted to go home after 10 minutes of being left alone with just Louis,unresponsive on his hospital bed with only the sound of the heart monitor that was driving Liam insane.That was one thing that him and Louis has in common,they both hated hospitals.When they were younger they spent a lot of their time in hospitals,one of the reasons being that their mum had to take them to work and the second reason being that both of the boys had a history of breaking bones and being cruelty unwell.

When Louis was at the age of 3 he had meningitis,When Liam was 3 he had a minor kidney problem which still ended with him going unit hospital,at 7 Louis broke his wrist and at 8 Liam broke his leg.Louis had been in and out of hospital for other minor injuries that has something to do with his habit and his daily beatings and Liam had been in hospital due to football injuries (but he was being over dramatic about it).Louis was deafer in one ear than he was in the other due to a side effect of meningitis but no one knew until he had a doctors appointment when he was 10.Everyone thought he was just being rude when they called on him and he want answering but he had a reason.

After an Hour He had enough,his mum continued to run in and out of the hospital room, telling Liam that he want allowed to leave because someone has to be with him when he woke up which was anytime soon.Karen wouldn't allow Harry,Zayn,Calum or Luke into the room because too many people in the room would 'over crowd Louis' but that didn't stop Niall,Ashton,Michael or Matthew creeping into the room and talking to Louis as if he was awake.

Liams phone had died so he has to listen to The boys talk to Louis about how they should've waited on Louis and how bad they felt because they didn't.Niall continued to blame himself for Louis' attack even though he had nothing to do with it,and Ashton continued to fuss over the wires everytime Niall or Michael touched them by mistake.Matthew on the other hand kept his gaze on Liam,looking at him as if he knew what had happened,as if he knew that Liam had hired the three men to attack Louis.The taller kept brushing his gaze off and just stared out of the hospital window at the dark clouded sky above.

The weather really fits well with this whole situation Liam thought as he looked up at the dark clouds and then out across the city they lived in.Everything seemed gloomy,the hospital room was so...inclosed and everyone kept looking at Liam as if they knew,but they didn't."You didn't get to eat my Mums Grilled cheeses,"Niall frowned he played with Louis' feathery fringe, running his fingers through the hair.The nurse had cane was washed the blood away from the cuts on Louis' face,They were told that Louis would have to get stitches in his hair line where the skin split and also his lip.

"It's not like he died,he's just unconscious.He'll come over to your house as soon as he's well,"Michael said with a shrug as he too ran his hand through Louis' hair."How does he keep his hair so feather like and soft?"He asked after a while,a small smile on his lips.He was jealous of Louis' hair,it was just so perfect and he wanted to know how,but then again he knew that Louis was gay so he assumed that was the answer.

Everyone shrugged their shoulders because no one knew the answer,but Liam did."It's that shampoo and Conditioner he uses,he spends so much time in the shower,and his bathroom always smells so nice,"Liam speaks up with a bored expression,getting up from the seat beside the window so he could pick up his school bag and leave.

"Where are you heading too?"Ashton asked,raising an eyebrow at Liam who moved his eyes to the door as if it was obvious."You're not thinking on leaving,are you?"Ashton looked at Liam in shock,He knew that Liam was a jerk towards his brother but he didn't know that he'd leave him when he'd be needed most.

"Look,I brought him to the hospital,I stayed with him,I think I deserve to go home and sleep.My mum's just down the hall and you guys are here,"Liam rolled his brown eyes as he reached for the door handle."My mates are waiting on me,"

"Your mum in busy and we will eventually have to leave,visiting times are over soon,"Matthew perked up,crossing his arms over his chest."and those 'Mates' of yours have already left,"He scoffed.It was true,Harry,Zayn,Calum and Luke got bored and left the hospital,Harry taking Liams car home with him without telling the bigger lad.They weren't much for waiting and a Zayn had a date to go on so of course he wasn't going to wait around for someone like Louis to wake up.Even though all of the boys said they had plans,they canceled them and went home,trying to process what they caused,the guilt eating at their insides,all but Liam.

"Look,I don't care what happens to Him,"Liam pointed at Louis,disgust in his tone,"he could've been hit be a bus and I'd rather be at him sleeping than at his bedside,so mind your own f*cking business and stay in your lane,"He growled.All of the guilt he once had was vanishing bit by bit,he didn't care that he caused this,he was glad that he caused this.He was glad that Louis was beaten into the floor and was now in a hospital bed with a heart monitor,he was glad that Louis would be scarred all his life because he didn't care.

Louis was nothing to Liam,he was just another human that just so happened shared the same womb as Liam for 9 months,shares the same DNA and has the same last name,other than that,he was nothing.Louis was a side effect in Liams eyes,he was just made up all of the left over products that made Liam,just a skeleton carrying around flesh.

"You don't care?You don't care that Louis could've died?"Niall asked in disbelief as he took a step forward towards Liam,"How could you not care about your own brother?What has he ever done to you Liam?We all heard what heard about Louis' breakdown last year.how he overdosed on sleeping pills,harmed his body and then tried to drown himself in a pool of his own blood,we heard.There's going to be a day that Louis is going to go through with it,again,and he'll succeed."Niall seethed,his anger boiling up as he clenched his hands into fists.He regretted taking that pay from Liam.he regretted thinking that Liam was the better twin.Liam looked down at the small Irish lad in amusement.

"And I'll be waiting,"
