"Louis,this isn't natural,you need checked out,"Liam sighed as he sat at Louis' bedside,stroking back his greasy hair as he laid down on his bed scrunched up into a ball as he continued to whine about a sore stomach and a headache.It had been three days now (it currently being a Wednesday) since Louis started to throw up and complain about a blinding headache which want he has to stay in his room all day with the curtain closed,lights off and his eyes closed.He started with just throwing up in the morning but it soon ch aged to whenever he smelled something his stomach seemed disgusted,it could've been either chocolate or Mac and Cheese.

The sickness wasn't good at all for Louis as he just felt so down and just so tired.He literally just slept the days away,only moving (and waking up) when he had to make an urgent dash to the toilet to throw up his insides as their was nothing to actually throw up,or very little.Karen continued to send food up to the boy,making sure that he ate at least a little of the food and making sure that he kept hydrated by drinking a lot of fluids (even if he drank he threw it up anyway).

Liam never left his side,well of course he had to when he went to school,but other than that,when he came home he was right beside his bedside,either sitting on the bed beside him or lying beside him,holding him close to keep him warm.No matter how many times Louis would say 'But you'll catch whatever I have' Liam would just shrug his shoulders and mutter into his neck 'I don't care' before he put something on Netflix on for him to watch as Louis slept on his chest.

"No,it's just a virus,"Louis mumbled as he clutched at his stomach once more and let out a painful sob which made Liams heart shatter into a thousand pieces.Liam sighed as he got off the bed and went to search in Louis' closet for his hot water bottle that was thrown in there this morning after Louis was complaining that it was making him too hot.But it helped ease his stomach a little so Liam was searching for it again in the Mount Rushmore type pile of clothes at the bottom of his wardrobe that was nothing but clothes that Louis despised bit didn't have the heart to throw away.

Once found,Liam made his way down the stairs and into the kitchen,filling the kettle up with water and flicking the switch as he sat on the counter top and water for the water to boil so he could put it into the hot water bottle and give it to Lou.He was just so worried about him."Liam,Honey,please get off of the counter,"Karen sighed as she entered the kitchen fully cladded in her work uniform and a plastic bag that had a chemist logo on the front of it.

"What's in the bag?"Liam asked once he obeyed his mother's orders and got off of the counter,now peering over from where he was standing to look in the bag as if he has X-Ray vision.Karen sighed as she looked over at her eldest son,it was obvious that Karen was drained of energy and was just fed up with all of the commotion that has been happening with Louis,from the day he was hospitalised up to know where he's puking for reasons unknown to the Payne household.It was also obvious that she was hiding something from Louis and Liam and it was annoying Liam because he wanted to know what was in her mind.

"Pregnancy tests,"She said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world as she reached for a mug and a tea bag to make herself a cup of tea.Liam chocked a little at the word Pregnancy test because that was impossible,right?Yeah some boys could get pregnant nowadays but Louis wasn't one of the them,no,he wasn't and Liam couldn't allow that thought to enter his brain.

He didn't make Louis Pregnant

"I hardly doubt that,it's just a virus Mum..."Liam trailed off as the kettle made a click sound to indicate that the kettle was boiled.He poured the boiling hot water into the water bottle before closing it and putting on its cover so it won't burn Louis' stomach.Karen poured the hot water into her mug of tea.

"Liam,he can get pregnant Y'know,it was on his file-"Karen stopped stirring her tea with her spoon and paused for a moment,wondering if Liam had heard her or not,and to her misfortune,he did but he didn't say anything,thinking it wasn't the right time to ask."Just,can you ask him to do his business on it,please?"She asked as she took a sip of her tea.

"But how could he get pregnant if he's never slept with someone,he's a prude,"Liam rolled his eyes in a fake matter as took the box for his mums grasp and looked at it as if it was a threat.Karen scoffed and rolled her eyes at her eldest son as she moved past him to go exit the kitchen to go to the livingroom as she needed to lie down.

"Liam,Louis may be a Twink,but I know he got some action on New Years,you as well,"She chuckled the last part before disappearing out of the kitchen leaving Liam alone with the box that contained the pregnancy test,and a hot water bottle.

He looked so odd right now.

He reentered Louis bedroom,meeting the same sight that he left with,Louis scrunched up in a ball with the duvet now pulled up so that you couldn't see his face,or anything for that matter.He wanted his bed to swallow his hole and take the miserable feeling of being ill away for him because he felt utterly terrible.He felt like his stomach was gonna explode like that scene in Alien and he felt like his head was a ticking time it was pounding that badly.Liam pulled the duvet away from Louis making the younger hiss and whimper at the brightness of his room (even if it was pitch dark) and because he was just so cold.

"I'm sorry,but you need to piss on this and then you can sleep and get this Hot water bottle,"Liam said as he moved to sit Louis up,he may be small and light,but right now he was like a dead weight in his nearly sleeping state.Louis went to claw away Liams hands but failed,he was too weak to fight him off.

"I swear,I'm not taking drugs,"was the first thing the smaller of the two mumbled once he head that he had to pee on something.Liam chuckled nevertheless as he helped Louis up and into the ensuite bathroom where he took the pregnancy test out of its packaging and read the instructions."I can't get pregnant,so why am I peeing on this?"Louis asked once he wakened up a little bit more,staring at the stick and then up at Liam from his place on the toilet seat.Liam sighed for what it felt like the 100th time that day.

"Just pee on it,okay?"He said before exiting the bedroom and pacing the floorboards of Louis' bedroom,stress and fruition seeking through his body because no,he couldn't make Louis pregnant,he was his brother for f*cksake,twin brother according to their birth certificate.

It says that in black and white,it says that they're brothers,it's in their blood.So why did Louis look so different from the rest of the family?Why did he have a Hazel hair and a not chocolate brown hair?Why did he have blue eyes and not brown?And why he have just a small and dainty figure and not a large drama like Liam and Geoff had?Why was Louis so different?And what was Karen hiding?

Those were the exact questions that were running through Liams mind as he waits and waited for that bathroom door to open and relieve the one important question at the current moment.

Was Louis Pregnant?

Liam paused his pacing when he heard the bathroom door open and he laid eyes on the small,shaking figure in the door frame with tear tracks running down his cheeks and the pregnancy test stick in hand.

Liam was out the door being Louis even had the chance to speak
