"I love this photo of you,"Liam complimented,holding up a photo in between his thumb and pointer finger for Louis to see,The two were currently sitting in the kitchen dinning room,Louis with his hood pulled up and glasses perched on his nose and Liam in just his sweats without a t-shirt.It was December 23rd and the past month and a half had been a roller coaster for Liam,Louis and the family.

Louis still refused to eat,he would only eat little amounts of food which was normally a bowl of cereal or a piece of fruit,and for a drink it was always water.For some odd reason he stayed away from drinking milk saying that it was 'Fattening' when really it was only 2% fat milk and wasn't at all fattening.Everyone knew that he had to drink milk,he was weak and brittle eve grime could see that,but Louis.Louis would look in the mirror and see nothing but the flaws,nothing but fat,but if you looked at Louis all he was was skin and bones,something a dog would chew.

Another thing,that surprised everyone,was that Louis had became completely mute to everyone,but Liam.He refused to talk to his parents or sisters,he wouldn't talk to His group of friends (only over text or notepads) and he wouldn't participate during class projects anymore.No one knew why (not even Liam) why Louis refused to speak to anyone but Liam,he use to never talk to Liam,but now he only did,and it wasn't even a lot that he spoke,it was always small sentences or words.

Louis looked up from the cluster of photos that he held in his hands to see what Photo Liam was referring to.It was a family tradition in the Payne Household to pick a collection of different photos within the family before Christmas Day,it was then everyone would look over the photos at Christmas Dinner.Liam and Louis just so happened to be the ones in charge this year.Louis wouldn't allow any photos of him after the age of 14 to be added to the pile because he hated his appearance after the age of 14.Louis scrunched up his nose at The photo that Liam held up,and let me tell you,Liam actually thought it was totally adorable."No Way,"Louis mumbled as he pushed his glasses up his nose and then going back to gong through the photos.

"Why not?You look so Happy,and you're glowing,"Liam smiled at the photo in his hand,he turned it so that he was looking at it.He really did like the photo of Louis,it was at a family holiday to Spain and Karen being Karen took a lot of photos without anybody noticing.Louis hated to have his photo taken,but whenever he did and whatever he was doing,unexpected or not,he always took a good photo.Louis just looked so flawless in the photo and Liam wanted to know why he couldn't see that.

"I look fat,"the younger of the two snorted,not looking up from the photos.And Liam had to scoff quietly at that because he looked everything but fat in that photo.Yes he had a little bit of fat around his stomach area in the photo but that was much needed fat that protected his organs,so that really didn't count as fat.No one could say that Louis was fat because he far from it,yet everyone who disliked him (which use to be Liam himself) continued to call him fat so Louis started to believe it.

He took everything to heart

"You do not,you look Beautiful,"Liam complimented as if he was commented on someone dress sense.Louis paused in his actions and looked up,a flush of red scattering his pale cheeks as he looked at Liam who was now inspecting another photo but keeping a close eye on the photo of Louis that was sitting on the dinning room table.Never had anyone complimented Louis,and he didn't care if it came from his brother,he just cared that someone just called him beautiful.He had always wanted someone to call him that,and now here he was sitting like an idiot with blush on his cheeks going up to the tips of his ears.

"T-thank Y-you,"He stuttered with a blush as he bowed his head so Liam couldn't see his blush,but he did,and he when he did he just smirked his stupid smirk and continued to sort through the photos."What are you Doing for New Years?"Louis found himself asking,although he already knew that the answer was 'Harrys New Years Eve Party' because Harrys family always held the best of parties.

"Going to Harrys like always,"Liam sung,chuckling to himself at the photo do the two of them covered in Ice cream,he made sure he set that photo in the showing pile."What about yourself,Lou?"Liam asked looking towards Louis who only shrugged not making eye contact.He knew what he was doing,something he did every year and even at that it was only
Staying in his room watching Disney Movies while Liam went to Harrys and Geoff and Karen went to a formal ball.Louis always stayed at home,he was alone on Halloween,alone on New Years and alone on Valentines day,with nothing but Netflix and ice cream to keep him company."Hey,why don't you come to Harrys with me?"

"What?No,no,I didn't go to parties,"Louis stated.

"Nonsense,you went to Nialls,"Liam stated the fact as he crossed his arms over his chest and raised an eyebrow at Louis who just stared back at him.

"Yes,and that was against my will and was located at a Strip Joint,I'd rather pass thank you very much,"Louis huffed slightly although Liam still smiled because this was the most Louis had talked in over month and it made the older twin happy that he had got him to talk,even if it was only about a party.

"You can't say you didn't enjoy yourself,c'mon,just one more party Louis,"Liam pouted as Louis fidgeted in his seat,looking at Liam with his dull blue eyes that was turning gray."I-I dunno Li,what if someone grabs me,"He mumbled playing with the sleeves of his jumper.

"I promise I'll be by your side the whole time Lou,"Liam smiled.

"Pinky Promise?"Louis asked,leaning forward on the table and holding his pinky finger out,waiting for Liam to link Pinkies.Liam eyes it before chuckling lightly and smiling and the childish gesture.
