TW: mentions of case work. 

You barely got any sleep last night because you kept overthinking about that kiss that you gave Spencer. Was it too forward? You just met the man. You were just being nice, right?

Now you were staring at the ceiling in your dark cold room, waiting for your alarm to ring, so you could get started with the day. And there it went, the loud beeping noise started ringing out through out the darkness. 

Lazily, you got up to the bathroom and started washing your face and brushing your teeth. While doing the latter, you were shimmying and sliding left to right trying to change your mood for the day. Thankfully, it worked because now you gained the energy to workout. 

Today, you went for a simple Nike pro shorts, along with a sports bra, and Adidas NMD R1's for your shoes. Taking out your yoga mat, dumbbells, and resistance bands you walked over to your living room and opened your tv, which happens to still be sitting on the floor. You couldn't find the time to buy furniture for your house, so this will do. 

After 45 minutes of pure disgusting cardio and endurance, you got up to stretch your muscles out. Sadly, your activity has been cut short as your doorbell rang quietly. It was weird, no one would usually be up at this time in the morning. 

You opened your door and saw the famous Dr. Reid ahead of you holding two cups of coffee. He slid into your doorway and handed you one of the cups. 

"Spencer, what are you doing here?" you asked surprisingly, covering yourself with your hands, since you weren't wearing any appropriate clothes. 

"Sorry to interrupt what looks like you working out, but you need a ride to headquarters, since your car broke down yesterday, so I was wondering if I could take you." Spencer replied back, pointing at your workout things. 

"Oh yeah, I would love that. Thank you!" you said, embarrassingly. You completely forgot your car was still in the bureau parking lot. 

"Make yourself at home." you laughed. "I didn't have time to buy the necessities; I am going to go take a quick shower and I will be ready in 30 minutes."

Spencer nodded and started walking around, mesmerized by every square inch of your house.

You finally got dressed and were just fixing your hair, combing through your curls. You wore a lace white sleeveless shirt along with black slacks, and to top it off you were a slim fit blazer. For the shoes, you put on high top black converse and tied the laces around your ankle. Your makeup was quite simple, nude lip-gloss and mascara. 

Grabbing your go-bag and purse, you opened your door and found Spencer sitting in the corner, burying his nose in a book. He looked very uncomfortable as his posture looked like the letter 'C'.
