"Did you guys miss me?" Aomine slammed open the door to the gymnasium catching everybody's attention. The entire Tōō team halted their practice to stare at Aomine. More specifically, at the girl hiding behind his large frame.

"Aomine- you bastard why'd you decide to show up now all of a sudden?" There was a slight pause in Wakamatsu's accusing question. The atmosphere was tense as Aomine glared deathly into his eyes and cocked and eyebrow. "What did you say? Are you trying to pick a fight?"

"Drop it Wakamatsu." Imayoshi commanded and Wakamatsu's gaze intensified. "Atleast tell me who that cute chick behind you is?" He desperately pointed at Kiana as she stepped out from behind Aomine's muscles and pouted shyly.

"Huh? Oh Her. She's my pet. She'll be watching our practice today. Lay a finger on her and you're dead meat." The entire court had their jaws to the floor as Kiana waved awkwardly.

"Don't call me your pet. That's creepy." She jabbed him in his side. The entire team tensed up. Did she have a death wish? Aomine groaned and ruffled her hair before making his way to the change rooms. This shocked the entire team further as they watched the girl happily skip over to Moimoi. Who is she? Any normal girl would have gotten yelled at for touching him. Let alone elbowing him in the ribs.

"Hi again. I heard you wanted Aomine to come to to practice so I brought him for you." Momoi clasped both of Kiana's hands and giggled."Thank you Kiana-san. Im always nagging him to come to training." Kiana smiled softly before turning to the side to see everyone staring at her with wide eyes.

"Um hi, its nice to meet you." Kiana slightly bowed not sure if they were her seniors or not. "Call me Imayoshi. And you are?" "Kiana's fine." She shook his hand that he offered her and smiled.

She's kinda cute.

Instantly, Wakamatsu felt a deathly glare into the back of his head as if his thoughts had been read. He turned around shakily to meet Aomine's piercing glare and thumb going across his throat indicating to keep hands off what belongs to him.

After being introduced to most of the team, Kiana was introduced to coach Harasawa and was offered to sit next to him. While Kiana was focused on talking with Momoi and the Coach, Aomine began warming up. He was excited to play in front of Kiana. His excitement oozed out of his movements and his signature smirk played across his lips. He couldn't wait to show off to her; show her that he wasn't normal. He was special. The best.

Immediately, Aomine was put into the practice game in which he began easily dominating. After his miraculous formless shot he made while evading 2 blockers he eagerly looked at Kiana expectantly to see her reaction. His puppy eyes immediately sadden in disappointment when he realised that she wasn't paying attention to him at all but instead laughing with the coach. It was as if he was a puppy. Excited to show his owner his newest tricks.

Momoi quickly picked up on his intentions and giggled to herself. "Is something wrong Momoi-san?" Kiana asked. "Oh it's nothing." She giggled again before continuing. "I suggest you watch Aomine-kun play. You'll be surprised." nodded and located the blue head on the court.

"So how come you came with Aomine to training today? And how did you even bring him here? It's been 2 months since he'd last gone." Kiana was slightly taken aback. 2 months? Maybe he doesn't even like basketball.

Kiana watched as he ferociously dunked on 2 markers; catching his gaze as he flashed her his cocky smirk and winked at her. I take that back.

"He asked me to come. He said he'd go training if I did. So I did." Kiana yawned and peaked outside to see the sun was already setting.

"Hmmm interesting." Momoi laughed as they both watched Aomine play to his hearts content. It was as if he was a completely different person. He was like a panther. Aggressively hunting his prey. Ready to pounce and tear them to shreds at the slightest movement. Kiana couldn't tear her eyes off of his raging figure. He was amazing. No, amazing was an understatement. He was unbeatable. She couldn't help but watch intensely; only to receive a glance or a wink from him here and there. He wanted to make sure she saw his inhumane plays or virtually impossible shots. He needed to show her that he was the best.

She liked seeing this side of him. He was serious and insanely good. It made her want to see more sides of him. She wanted to know more about him. To think that creep isn't half bad.

"Did you see me play? Did you see that last dunk I did? The one where I completely sent Susa and Imayoshi flying." Aomine quizzed Kiana excitedly as they slowly walked away from the gymnasium together.

"Eh. I think so." Kiana responded nonchalantly as she glanced to the side. "Think so? Don't lie to me like that. I know you saw it." Aomine chuckled and pinched at her cheek. She winced as he pulled at it until she confessed.

"I guess it wasn't half bad." Kiana loved seeing his frustration as he sighed being unable to hear the words of admiration he so desperately seeked. He wanted her to fan girl over him like girls always did. Even though he hated it when they did, he didn't know why he so badly wanted Kiana to do so.

She didn't want to give him the satisfaction and feed his ego. But there was no doubt. He was the fastest player she had ever seen her life. Fastest, strongest, definitely the most animal-like. She could understand why he felt invincible; after scoring 48 points singlehandedly in 20 minutes it made alot of sense where his cockiness came from.

"I just realised that I don't really know much about you. Tell me more about yourself." Aomine proclaimed. His arms behind his head and his comment caught Kiana off guard.

"Well what do you want to know?" She smiled cheekily. "I can tell you now that I don't have any weird hobbies like reading those weird magazines." She chuckled as his head turned bright red again.

"Will you drop that for once?" She giggled before peering into his fascinating dark blue gems. He felt his heart beat a little faster. "Fine. I can tell you one hobby though. I like to go to the gym. I'm actually a powerlifter." Aomine stopped in his tracks. He was not expecting that. It made sense why she had her curvy body but to think she was probably athletic as well. He smirked. He liked the sound of that.

"So is that why you have calluses on your hands?" She sighed. "Aw man. So you noticed?" He nodded. "I don't like them much to be honest. They don't look nice and I feel less girly with them. Most girls have soft and cute hands and then i'm out here with these rough hands." She tucked some of her raven hair behind her ear nervously.

"Show me them again." She obediently flipped open her palm and what happened shocked her next.

Aomine interlocked their hands wrapping his long fingers around her tiny hands. She felt the warmth of his entire hand surround her's. What was this feeling?

"I think they're kinda cool." He looked away nervously as Kiana blushed and stared at the ground.

She felt the butterflies in her stomach flutter around and her heart beat erratically. Why was he making her feel this way? He made her feel less insecure about the rigidness of her palms. He made her feel nervous.

She couldn't help but admit that she liked it though. She loved the feeling of the warmth of his big hands surrounding her tiny hands. It was as if their hands fit perfectly together as cliche as it sounded. She hadn't realised that she'd stopped walking until she felt Aomine tug softly.

"What? Do you not like it? I'll let go if you really want." He offered a little disappointed. He turned around after finally calming down his nerves to see her blue orbs staring intently at their intertwined hands in thought and her cheeks dusted with a light pink.

"No. Don't."
