"Yes, I'll be your date to the ball" I say
"Great" Loki says and smiles
"Now if you don't mind I'm heading to the waterfall I need to clear my head" I say getting myself out of the awkward situation.
"I'll be gone until Saturday morning" he says
"Then I'll see you Saturday" I say
"Until then" he says and kisses my hand before I walk off
He told me earlier this week he had a mission to go on to somewhere called Sakaar.
Loki's Pov
As soon as Mia walked off I let out the breath and made Thor and Jane visible again
"AWWWWW" Jane yells
"That was adorable brother" Thor says
"Remind me why I let you two watch?" I ask
"Because your my brother" Thor says
"Adopted" I say
"Well you two do this I'm going to find Mia" Jane says and runs to go find her
"I must be heading off the Grand Master is waiting for me" I say and go to the Bifrost
Your Pov
Loki just asked me to the ball and I said yes? Wait... LOKI JUST ASKED ME TO THE BALL???? If I'm honest I blacked out the whole conversation. Wait I NEED TO FIND JANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I stop mid way to the waterfall and start walking back to the castle when I bump into
"Jane?" I pause for a second "JANE!" I yell
"Yes?" Jane says completely calm
"We need to get back to the castle right now" I say and grab her wrist then do a spell to get us back to the castle
"Woah" Jane says realizing were back in my room "What was so important?" she asks
"Loki asked me to the ball and I said yes" I say
"OH MY GOD MIA" Jane yells and Thor runs into the room
"WHAT? WHAT HAPPENED??" Thor yells running into my room
"LOKI ASKED MIA TO THE BALL AND SHE SAID YES" Jane yells
"CAN WE STOP YELLING?" I yell
"Yes but Mia this is amazing for you" Jane says
"Yes, Yes, very but have we not thought about the matter at hand?" Thor says
Jane and I look at each other "What?" we say at the same time
"What are you going to do about your hair, makeup, and shoes?" Thor asks
(Why did I make Thor sound like he's gay?)
Jane and I look at each other and burst out laughing "Jane do the thing" I say and Jane grabs her laptop and pulls up the picture of what she is doing to my hair and what makeup she is doing. "And Thor my shoes are right there" I say and point to my shoes next to my dress
"I like the hairstyle and the shoes but the makeup" Thor says and makes a face
"It will look great" Jane says with a reassuring smile
This broke out into an argument and I just sat there being entertained by the couple fighting. After about 45 minutes they stopped and decided Jane was right.
