So the chapters at the beginning are mostly satire and sarcasm so if you don't understand what those are do not read the story because apparently most people don't understand certain types of humo...
Okay so this this basically to explain their quirks and overall appearance etc.
Hato: Name: Hato Rintarou Age: 17 Height : 6'1 E/c : yellow H/c: red H/t: straight H/l: Reaches 4 inches past his shoulder, which he tends to tie in a low ponytail with bangs. (Geeze I'm bad at descriptions 😭). S/c: pale whiteish Hero name: Reptilian Quirk: Reptilian- When his quirk is activated, gold lizard like scales appear on the front side of his arms and on his legs and parts of his face, his eyes also glow. He is able to possess the ability of fast movement and agility and his senses are also heightened, basically getting the ability of a lizard, he can also use his hands and feet to climb up walls and other surfaces. In choosing his hero name, Hato just liked the name of his quirk so he decided that was going to be his hero name. Hero costume:

Okay so basically this, but without the mask and shades. Also, without the gloves.
Haru: Name : Haru Yuuji Age : 17 Height: 6'0 E/c: Light green H/c:White H/t: Wavy H/l: short, full head of hair. S/c: pale Hero name: Falcon Quirk: Fierce angel wings- It is easy to identify Haru's quirk because of the large white wings that are attached to his back. These wings give him the ability to fly and he can also control them telepathically which he often uses or sometimes he uses a bow and his feathers as an arrow when carrying out training exercises, also when his qurik is activated he is given the ability to at will make his feet into talons resembling that of a hawks' own, which can come in handy for combat and defense. So basically this, but he only wears the mask sometimes, and it doesn't have that back cape, only the hood.
