The second I slip from the room Muriel is staying in I break into a sprint and ditch my ruined boxers inside my room across the hall.

She's inevitably overthinking right now. I more than likely have some serious damage control to do, so I grab a fresh pair of boxers and kick the ruined ones into the corner of the room.

I sprint back out and collect myself before reentering to find her still in the same spot staring up at the ceiling lost in her thoughts.

"You alright, Murry?" I ask needing to know she didn't regret this. If she does I don't know what I will do. It would crush me, that I know for sure.

"Hmm? No, yeah." She sits up fixing the brown skirt to cover her thick thighs and glances at the shirt next to her but leaves it.

Bloody hell!

Relief floads me when she didn't immediately fully dress but I still hold my breath as she mulls her thoughts over.

"That was...fun." Her pink swollen lips spread into a tired smile. I let out a breath and fall stomach first onto the bed beside her.

"Thank God, I was worried there for a second."

She chuckles, "I know."

I prop myself up on my elbows and ask, "I'm confused Muriel, you acted as if you'd never been touched like that before?" I knew she wasn't a virgin, so I am confused about what the bloody hell Jeremy was doing with her this entire time.

She cringes slightly but after a second answers, "He did do it, but I thought it was super awkward. Eventually, he just stopped attempting because I didn't like it."

"Then did he try his tongue?"

She cringes even harder, "God, Ollie, do you have to be so blunt about it?"

"Fine, did he try other things to make sure you were...pleasured?"

"Yes- this is so awkward...I guess I just didn't like it and doing that sort of thing just fizzled out until we stopped doing that sort of stuff altogether."

This fucking guy. I never liked him, but now I want to throttle him. Murry is a thinker, she will overthink something to a fault. So I could only imagine how she became stuck on thinking she didn't like foreplay. And I'm sure, Jeremy was all too happy with being the only one getting his kicks.

"It's not awkward, not at all. Besides Jeremy though, when you touch yourself-."

"Oh my God, Ollie." She gripes and grabs at her shirt I'm laying on. I tuck my arms holding onto it under my chest so she's unable to pull it free.

"It's just a question? We're best friends, best friends talk about this stuff all the time."

"Don't patronize me. We are not best friends. We were, but we are not anymore. I don't know what the heck we are...ugh, this is stressful." She gives up on the shirt and falls backward, gazing back up at the ceiling, her light brows furrowed.
