Saying goodbye to your bestfriend was never easy. You cried, real tears for the first time in years, sitting beside him as he fought the virus. He wanted to die. You had never heard someone plea for someone to end it for them. It hurt knowing you wouldn't get to wake up with him, or joke around, make fun of eachother, or stay up until dawn talking about your future if you ever got out of the glade. But what hurt most, was the fact you never had the courage to tell him how you really felt. Now, as he laid with the gun in his possession, you could only tell him in tears as you soaked up your final moments together. Despite being in pain, he was still able to make you let out a pain filled laugh.
