Author Note:

I would just like to apologize for updating so late. I really wanted to update months ago already, but things came up, and I just wasn't able to. So again, I'm really really sorry!

Quick question. There's an edited version of this story available on Ao3. It's got a few extra chapters, the grammar is way better, and the plot is slightly different. And the reason for that is because many people where confused about some of the scenes, so I decided to change the story a little so that it makes more sense. Would you as the readers want to read it?
If so, I will also be uploading that version here on Wattpad.

Standing hand-in-hand, Adrien and Marinette eventually made it to the very top of the Eifel Tower. It took a few seconds for the elevator to come to a complete standstill, but once it did, a sense of deep curiosity immediately entered both of their souls.

Taking in a deep breath, a dull ringing sound flooded their eardrums before the metallic doors opened. At that very moment, the young female's body was left paralyzed by the magnificent scene that stood before her.

Still rendered speechless, Marinette squeezed her boyfriend's hand while searching his unsure face for a hint of understanding. She was nervously trying to fit the puzzle pieces together.

It was clear that a lot of effort had been done to make the place look so spectacular. Many stunning little lights were stuck to the ceiling of the tower, which in some way made it feel like they were staring up into space.

As her eyes began to slowly take in the rest of the room, her heart began to unconsciously race when she took a glimpse of the wonderful layout of the table. Right in the middle, was a huge bouquet of many bright red roses. In close proximity to them lay a number of lose rose petals that were unequally spread out all over the wooden table.

Not able to contain her joy, the bluenette suddenly blurted out, "Wow! This is so beautiful... How did you-"

Not saying anything, Adrien just gave her a mischievous grin before winking.

Just then, a young man who looked to be about twenty-five approached the happy, young couple. He had dark brown hair that was almost black, brown eyes and an olive complexion.

Holding onto what appeared to be two menus, the nameless man politely smiled at the teenagers before gesturing behind him.

"Good evening Adrien and Marinette. Your table is right this way."

Marinette could feel herself frown. She had never seen that man before in her entire life. She began to wonder how he knew her name, but then a thought came to mind. Perhaps Adrien told the waiter her name, but she decided not to think about it too much.

Still holding onto his hand, the baker followed him to their table. Once they got there, the blond slowly released her hand from his protective grip. Without thinking, Adrien pulled out her chair for her.

It took a few seconds for Marinette to process what had just happened. When she realized what was happening, she couldn't help but smile at her boyfriend's undeniable romantic personality.

"Thank you, Love."

"Only a pleasure, Princess."

Once she was comfortably seated upon her chair, Adrien gently pushed her in.

Seeing that she was content, the model quickly walked over to his seat before sitting down. Once the two teens were both sitting down, the waiter smiled before handing both of them a menu.
