It was currently Christmas break. Draco and his girlfriend Y/N were spending the holiday at his family's manor, The Malfoy Manor.
Y/N had been hesitant to stay there at first. She'd heard bad things about that manor from her parents, who unlike Draco's wealthy family, lived in a small , dainty cottage. Indeed it was very different from Y/N's home- the manor's interior was dark and royal. It's ceilings much higher than the ones at home and the windows much taller and thinner. It was bigger, a lot bigger- even Draco said himself he had not yet been to all the rooms inside his house.
Y/N so far had only ventured into Draco's room. Not sure why, Draco had tried to stop Y/N from wondering the halls of the house, saying it wouldn't be too safe. This confused Y/N, but listened to her boyfriend as she knew he wouldn't have said it if he didn't want to keep her safe.
Although she was forbidden to explore the house, Y/N thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of her boyfriend's bedroom. It was large-at least three times the size of Y/N's- and in the centre, was a huge king sized bed
This, was where Y/N and Draco were currently laying. Draco laid in the centre of the bed, propping himself up with velvet pillows behind him whilst Y/N laid in between his legs, leaning against his pale chest. With one of his hands, Draco played with the soft strands of his girlfriend's hair. This was an action that gave Y/N an extreme sense of comfort. In his other hand however, Draco held a book, in which he was reading to Y/N. His voice was different when reading.- his usual voice being loud and cocky- but now, his voice was soothing and deep, the words of the book slipping off his tongue with such ease
Y/N sighed happily, a small smile playing on her lips as Draco placed the book gently onto his nightstand.
"You weren't listening at all were you baby?" Draco said, in almost a whisper
Y/N let out a small giggle, to which Draco couldn't resist smiling at. She shook her head and crawled up out of the warmth of Draco's arms. Draco watched her in awe, something he did on a very regular basis.
"whatcha doing?" he asked curiously
Y/N wondered over to Draco's black, wooden desk. A shiny, emerald green record player had caught her eye: She trailed her finger along it, staring at it in amazement. "You got any records Mr?" she asked as she turned to face him
"I do indeed" replied Draco as he got up and walked to a drawer. He picked the record he wanted and placed it carefully onto the player.
Y/N squealed in delight as she heard the sound of a slow classical song envelope the room. She giddily skipped over to Draco's balcony doors and opened them, leading Draco outside, though they could still hear the delightful music from inside.
She took his large, cold hands into her small, warm hands. She smiled up at him pulling him closer by the second. Draco stared down at her, amazed at how stunning she looked
"Dance with me, darling" Draco said yet again in his soothing, deep voice
Y/N's smile only grew bigger as the pair of them began to slow dance to the blissful music coming from Draco's record player. They swayed slowly, both of them feeling more content than ever. The boy lifted her up bridal-style and spun around giggling to himself, watching as her lovely hair flowed in the wind. The blush on her cheeks only making her more attractive to Draco.
Both of their hearts felt so warm. They were truly living the dream of any teenager right now. It was obvious they were deeply in love.
Draco gently placed Y/N down and pulled her closer by the waist. She cupped his cheeks with her hands and gazed up at Draco's sparkling grey orbs- orbs of which were completely full of love and awe. His eyes soon closed when he felt the familiar feeling of Y/N's soft plump lips against his own. Draco took no time to kiss her back.
The pair of lovers stood on the balcony of malfoy manor in each other's arms, enduring a passionate kiss. All while the record player in the corner hummed angelically, making their moment even more perfect.
