Valentine brownies! Yummy! Can I please have some ?? These cute m&m fudgy brownies are a delicious do valentines. For that perfect someone!!
Things you need:
Large bowl
8 tablespoons of unsalted butter, room temperature
4 oz of unsweetened chocolate
1.5 cups of sugar
A pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup of flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
M&ms (optional)
Heart shape cookie cutter (optional)
What to do:
Preheat the oven for 350 F or 180 C Place the unsweetened chocolates and butter in a bowl
Melt them both till they are glossy and set them aside
To prep the pan use baking spray to grease it
Place greasing paper at the bottom of the paper and use baking spray again
Leave alone for now
In another bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder and salt
Set aside
Come back to the melted chocolate and add the sugar and vanilla
Combine till the sugar has almost melted in
Add the eggs and combine thoroughly
Add the flour mixture from the other bowl and gently fold till theres no streaks
DONT over work the batter r they will come out tough
Pour into prepared pan and tap on counter to prevent air bubbles
Put in the oven and cook for about 30-40 minutes
Don't forget to check !!
Let brownies dry
Push some m&ms in the brownies from the top (Optional)
If you would like it a little more cute use cookie cutters to form a heart shape.
