Love Oreo cake, but don't know how to make it??? Keep reading!!!
Things you need:
1 package of pillsbury plus white cake mix
1 1/4 cups of water
1/3 cups of oil
3 egg whites
1 cup of coarsely crushed Oreo
Cake pans
Large bowl
•Step#1
Preheat oven for 350 degrees
•Step#2
Grease and flour two 9 or 8 inch cake pans
•Step#3
Mix all the cake ingredients EXCEPT the Oreo crumbs until moist
•Step#4
Gently as in the crushed cookies and mix all together
•Step#5
Pour the batter into the two cookie pans
•Step#6
Bake at 350 for 25-35 mins
Tip: Stick a clean knife in the center of each pan, and if the knife comes out clean its ready

Let it cool for 10 mins
Remove from pans
Frosting mix:
3/4 cups of shortening
3 cups of powdered sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
2 eggs whites

In a small bowl, combine 1/2 powdered sugar , shortening, vanilla, and eggs
•Step#9
Blend well and add in the remaining powdered sugar
•Step#10
Fill and first the cake and garnish with Oreos on top
