"I'm sorry Toby"

Tubbo POV

I watched as she walked of the roof she looked back  at me I saw her eyes, the dark blue eyes where calm, they where safe. They where happy, happier then they had been in so long. Still there where filled with tears. Her mouth was smiling a small smile. I ran to the ledge looking down. Her eyes where open. Her arms where laying calmly next to her, her face was facing upwards towards me. The white dress where fluttering around her she looked like a princess, or an elf. She looked so powerful as she fell. I looked at her face she was looking right up at me, into my eyes I saw how she mouthed three words and then she hit the ground.

I felt like I was drowning as I reached her my eyes was filled with tears. I put her head onto my lap and dragged my fingers through her hair. Then I slowly put my forehead so it was touching hers. I felt the pain in my heart like it was slowly getting squeezed tighter and tighter together. I let out a small sob holding her body close as I cried into her hair. She was gone, she had left me. I kissed her forehead and whispered

"I love you too"

I was sitting in the car, the outside world slowly moving. My mother was sitting next to me, she was driving, it was only the two of us, sitting there. She had her hand on top of mine, in a try of comfort. But it didn't work. I slowly closed my eyes letting out a breath.

"Toby a new girl and her family have moved in next door she's around your age" my mother smiled

"Cool"

I breathe inn

"Hi I'm Iris" she smiled at me her big smile made me smile too

"I'm Toby" I smiled

"Common Toby let's go and play"

And out

"Hello Tubbo"

"Stop" I laughed as she waved from her window

"Want to join my stream later"

"Yes I would love to Toby" she giggled before closing the window

And inn

"Look what my sister bought us" she smiled as she threw a Minecraft bee plushy towards me

"A bee" I smiled hugging the bee tight

"And I got a slime" she laughed

And Out

"Wanna have a crazy sleepover"

"Eh yes" I laughed at her response

"Pog" I laughed

Inn

"Hey want to hang out?" She smiled from her window

"I'm sorry tommy are coming over" I smiled. I never realized how the smile faded for a split second before it went back to normal

And out

"Hey Toby I need to talk to you" my mum yelled from downstairs and I smiled at her as I reached the kitchen

"I know you and Iris have fallen apart a bit recently, but I thinks she really needs you" my mum's face was sad like she didn't want to say the next thing she was going to say

"You understand, her mother died five days ago" I stared at her for a second

"Iris why didn't you tell me" I was sitting on her floor hugging her tightly

"I thought you wouldn't care, I feel like no one cares anymore Toby and I don't know what to do" I felt a urge to throw up she didn't think I cared about her anymore

"Iris I love you" I whispered that was the first time I had said it

And out

"Toby are you ok" I got snapped out of my trance my mum looking at me with a sad expression over her face.

"No" I answer before looking out the window again
