Chapter 11

He had controlled her at his own demand, alarming Margo. She felt scared and violated, but she wouldn't stop fighting.

"You fucker!" she fussed. "Let go of me!"

Kai raised both his hands and shook his head. "But I'm not even holding you."

To her annoyance, he began to laugh. Kai let her go, but she didn't punch him right across his face as she would've liked, only because of what she knew Bonnie would say. Mags ignore him, just find Damon.

The two of them had already been linked by Bonnie moments earlier, leaving the only thing to be done was wait for the proper moment to travel to the prison.

"Vampires, guard the area. I don't want any distractions. I don't know if I can quite control all this power. Like, I don't want to accidentally kill Margo."

She rolled her eyes and with all her might, tried not punch him solid. The vampires dispersed to guard the house.

"Ready?"

"Just do it."

Kai held the ascendant in his hands and tipped it towards Margo. She held onto it and they both looked to the sky. The moon was nearly fully red, which signalled them to begin.

Upon whisperes of their spell, they heard a scream from the entrance of the house. Violet had disappeared, leaving them agitated.

Before Margo knew it, Violet's body was dumped right next to her and Kai, with a snapped neck. In a moment of confusion, she turned around to see Stefan, Caroline, Elena, Jeremy and Matt all there and prepared to fight.
