Brandon's POV
....

Crap!

I sneaked through the nearest bush trying to avoid being seen.

If only this town was filled with werewolves.

Then walking around like this wouldn't be too much of a huge deal.

I know I'm supposed to have some clothes stashed around but I just wanted to run!

And I ended up tearing my other clothes.

' Damn it Carlos! You just couldn't wait for me to take my pants off at least!"

' Rooo~'

' You should be excited you cunt!'

Sheesh. I think Mallory is really starting to rub off on me.

It's not bad. But it's not necessarily good either.

She is a scary and violent young woman.

Wait! She's nearby!

I remember I'd left some clothes at her place after another incident involving a flaming flamingo and a swimming pool.

So I stealthily crawled through the layers of green.

I could hear her voice.

Oh no.

She's mad. This isn't going to be good.

I call out to her as cutesy as possible.

She could never resist my puppy eyes.

She sent me to her room and I hurriedly ran into the house trying not to be seen.

Going into her room and closing the door with my paw. I sniffed out my clothes and though they didn't smell the best, it was better than being naked.

So I shifted and quickly put them on.

I was back in my human form and out of panic.

My heart thumped.

It set in.

I'm in Mallory's room.

I had been avoiding being in here.

Because it was so overwhelming.

The thing is.

I-

I- like her.

Really like her.

She was nice and mean.

She's that one friend who'll tell you to get your shit together and always have her hand out to help you.

If someone looked bad in my direction she's cocking a shotgun.

She'll probably take the fall for a crime I committed. And when she gets out of jail. She'll just ask for repayment in a hot meal.

She's amazing.

Too amazing.

I don't know when I started to fall for her.

I think I had a crush on her ever since I went to her first failed shifting party.

She was covered in cake. And I couldn't find her prettier.

I always snook glances at her from across our classroom.

I smiled when she raised her hand and felt guilty not playing with her at recess.

I kept on hyping myself up to talk to her.

But I always chickened out.

Then one day, she threw up blood. After that fucking Alpha beat her!
