Chapter 15

Chat grabbed marinettes face and pulled her in tighter. Their hands locked together. It felt like they were floating on clouds.
Then chat pulled back. Both of their cheeks glowed bright red.
I did not just do that! Marinette said in her head.
"I've been needing to tell you something-" chat started saying
"Sorry! I know that was completely unexpected!" Marinette blurted out. She was so embarrassed.
"No you ok!" Chat said reassuring her.
"OH WOW LOOK AT THE TIME! ITS SOOO LATE!"
Marinette said. She hopped into her window.
"Wait marinette! I-"
Marinette slammed her window shut.
"Love you..." chat whispered.
He stared at her window hoping she would come back but she didn't.
He sighed and looked up at the moon.
Marinette
He thought. He played the kiss over and over in his mind.
He got up and headed home.

Marinette was panting when she got into her room. Tikki flew up to her.
"Marinette why did you run away!"
"Because tikki! I was so embarrassed! I kissed him!"
Tikki rolled her eyes.
They heard marinettes parents bust through the door.
"Marinette! We're home!"
Marinette ran downstairs.
"Hey marinette-" He dad started saying
"Honey are you okay?! Your face is all red!" Her mom said running over to her.
"OH YEAH IM FINEEE!" She insisted.
"Your macaroons worked wonders! Everyone loved them!" They said proudly to her.
"Really?" She said excitedly.
"My daughter is the best baker there ever was!" Her dad said coming in for a bear hug.
He gripped marinette tightly.
"Dad!" She said squirming.
He let her go and high fived her.
They started to put away all of their trays and marinette went back to her room.
She layed in her bed looking through her window.
The stars shined brightly tonight.
Chat is so caring. But what about adrien?! I can't just give him up! I still love him! But i also love chat! I have to tell chat! No, it's to soon...but it's not!
Her thoughts started to overwhelm her. She buried her face in her pillow and started to get tired.
"Tikki what should i do about chat noir and adrien?"
"Be with whoever makes you happy!" She said.
"But that's the thing tikki! I'm happy with both of them!"
"Marinette you need some rest. You can think about this tomorrow."
Marinette laid back down and kept gazing at the stars. So much had happened in the past few days and in that time she kissed cat noir twice!
Her gaze became weaker and weaker and she started to fall asleep.

"Class in"
Plagg flew out.
He stared at adrien smirking.
"What?!" Adrien said embarrassedly.
"Don't be a rotten piece of cheese adrien! You know why i'm smirking!"
Adrien rolled his eyes and started to blush.
"I know...she-kissed me?!" Adrien said confusingly.
Plagg tilted his head.
"She kissed me plagg!" Adrien repeated.
Plagg waited for adrien to say something else but he just stood there with his jaw hanging open.
Plagg shrugged and as usual, headed to the cheese cabinet.
Adrien sat down on his bed.
"I tried to tell her how i felt.." he trailed off
"Anddd?" Plagg said.
"She had to go"
Plagg saw the sadness in adriens eyes.
"Well you still have ladybug..?"
Adrien looked over at plagg.
"Plagg that doesn't help! You know how i feel about both of them!"
"Then why don't you tell ladybug?!"
"Because I-" He looked down.
"Because you love marinette more?" Plagg asked.
"No, i would never do that to M'lady"
Plagg groaned.
"Can we actually get some sleep now?" He said flying to adriens bed.
Adrien nodded and got ready for bed.
He drifted into sleep thinking of marinette.

The next morning marinette rolled out of bed. She got ready for the day. She sat down on her balcony and took out her sketchbook. It was a cloudy day.
"Tikki what about a design based off cat noir?"
Tikki thought about it.
"That sounds cool!"
Marinette started to draw away. She designed a mini dress. It was black and had a belt with it. She made the belt green like chats eyes. Marinette looked up.
"Tikki, i think i'm going to tell chat today."
"Tell him what?"
"That i...love him."
"What?!" Tikki shouted.
"And as marinette, not ladybug!" She said smiling.

"Nathalie are you ready?" Gabriel said turning to her.
"Yes." She responded confidently.
"Master please! The miraculous shouldn't be used like this-" Nooroo pleaded.
"I thought i for-bayed you to talk to me like that!" Gabriel said angrily.
"Nooroo, Dark Wings, Rise!" He said as he transformed.
"Nathalie you talked to lila right?"
"Yes sir."
"Perfect."
He formed and akuma and sent it off.
He smiled as the akuma landed on his victim.

Adrien woke up and got ready for the day.
"Plagg i'm going to visit mari."
"What?! Why!" Plagg complained.
"Why don't we stay home and eat cheese!?"
"I'm going to tell her how i feel!"
"Suit yourself" Plagg said.
"Plagg, Claws Out!" He said transforming.

Marinette was finishing her drawing.
"Can i talk to you?"
Marinette jumped up, startled.
"C-cat noir! What are you doing here!?"
"I came to talk."
Marinette patted the spot next to her.
"Come sit." She said.
Chat walked over to her and sat down beside her.
He looked at her and couldn't help but blush. He handed her a rose. A red rose.
"I need to tell you something..." They both said at the same time.
"You go first!" Marinette said.
"No you!" Chat begged.
Marinette sighed and looked at chat.
"Chat there's this feeling..."
"A feeling?" He asked curiously.
She took a deep breath. I told myself I would do this today! I can't back down!
"Ever since we've been spending more time together, i've felt like you aren't just a friend to me..."
Chats eyes widened.
"Chat, I...I...I love you! And i love adrien! But there's something about that kiss last night! I felt something that I had never felt before!" She said gazing into his eyes.
Chat froze. He was at a loss for words.
Marinette stared at chat. She saw his jaw slowly drop. Her gaze saddened and she looked away.
"I get it...you love ladybug..."
Cat noir was about to tell her when they heard a familiar voice shouting.
"Ladybug! Cat noir! I know your near! I am here to take your miraculous!"
They looked up and saw akumas flying everywhere.
It was hawkmoth.
