Chapter 1

Anastasia's POV
I walk got onto the platform
"Ana" I hear from behind me
I turn around and see Draco, Blaise, Pansy and a new boy standing behind me
"I've missed you guys so much!" I say running over to them hugging them all except the new boy
"Oh right! Ana, this is Mattheo Riddle, be nice to him" Draco says looking at him
"Well hello there darling, I'm Mattheo" He says with a smirk
"Ana" I reply shaking his hand and smiling
"Okay guys come on then" Blaise says grabbing my waist and walking towards the train

Mattheo's POV
"Are they-" I start to say to Draco pointing at Ana and Blaise
"Dating? No, they just flirt all the time, just a friendly thing"
"Oh ok" I say smirking to myself stepping on the train

Anastasia's POV
"Blaise darling, this compartment is free" I say walking into the empty compartment with everyone following behind me
I sit in the corner with Mattheo next to me, Draco sits opposite me with Pansy next to him and Blaise next to her in the other corner
"So, how was everyone's summer?" Pansy says
"Boring honestly" I say
"A waste of time if you ask me" Mattheo says next to me when two very tall gingers walk into our compartment
"Boys, I've missed you!" I say standing up and hugging them both
"Weaselbees" Draco groaned
"Ferret" Fred said laughing
The truth is, Fred and Draco were actually really good friends but wouldn't let anyone else know except from our friend group
"Mate" He looked at him and they nodded to each other to say hi
"Anyway Anastasia, how are you?" George asked me
"I'm good, you?" I asked him back
"I'm alright" He replied
We were known as the blue trio after pranking Snape in 3rd year, dying his hair neon blue
"Alright we better head off then" Fred said
"Okay, I'll see you two soon" I said waving them off and sitting back down in my seat

//TIME SKIP//

Anastasia's POV
We walk into The Great Hall and sit down at the Slytherin table waving goodbye to Mattheo whilst he waited outside to be called in by Dumbledore
"Good afternoon everyone, welcome back, we will now be sorting our new first years!" Dumbledore announced
I ignored the sorting ceremony until Dumbledore spoke again
"We have a new 5th year joining us today! Please come in" He boomed across the hall
And with that, in walked the boy
"Ah a Riddle, I know just where to put you, SLYTHERIN" The hat shouted and many people gasped knowing that another Riddle had joined Hogwarts
He walked off the stage area, grabbed his robes and walked down to where I was sitting
"Do you mind love?" He asked
"No, go ahead" I said letting him take his seat next to me

I pull out my phone and texted my twin brother, Kai
'Hey Kai'
'Hey Anastasia, what's going on?'
'Nothing much, there's a new boy in our year'
'Oh?'
'He's a Riddle'
'Like as in Tom Riddle, as in Voldemort?'
'Yeah'
'Is he cute? What's his name?'
'Mmm yeah he's cute, his names Mattheo'
'Nice, okay I've got to go, call me later'
'Bye Kai
'Bye Ana'

"Oooh, I'm cute am I?" Mattheo whispered into my ear
"Were you reading my texts?" I say frustrated
"I think you still have a question to answer darling" He looked into my eyes
"Well if it's not clear enough then yes, Mattheo Riddle, I think your cute, happy now?" I say back quiet enough so no one else hears
"Yes, I'm happy now" Mattheo replies smirking
I put my phone back into my pocket and start eating
