I just watched the entire season of Beaststars, (yes I know I'm late to the party stfu) and I'm in love it and with the idea of a Predator x Prey ship dynamic.
I think this would be a slow romance type of thing and of course a lot of drama between two different species, trying to fight their instincts.
Maybe mixed species couples aren't really illegal but their frowned upon in society? Just to add a bit of more drama and complications to their relationship
