tell me of you adventurous life

seal the letter with your lips

written with the utter most patience

I miss your breath when we went to bed

your side of the bed indented with your ghost

I've given you so much time but it continuously slows

watching from the window for the crows carrying the letter I wrote

hope you're reading them from the battlefield

filled with faith that you'll make it through, you're skilled
