First thoughts: I like it. It's very appealing visually and these eeveelutions look great next to each other.
Would I read a fan fic of it?: Yes, and I already have. Tales of the Eeveelutions by Trace the Umbreon, go check it out, I really enjoyed the ship in that story.
Shippable?: Yes! Totally! I fully understand why people ship this, and it looks really cute. I don't have any issues with this ship, there are just others I like more.
