First thoughts: When I think about the aesthetic of this ship, it looks pretty cool and reminds me of garchomp x flygon. So visually, even though this ship is pretty random, it looks good in my mind. Overall, this ship is pretty random though, and I don't really know if I love it or not.

Shippable: This seems like a ship that someone made, I've made up some non-existing pokemon ships in my mind (mienshao x ursifu for example), so I guess it is.
