It's been a few weeks since my mom and dad came back from Florida. My Tia's funeral was a week after my mom and dad came home, it went ok. Right on, I'm sitting thinking, in class not paying attention.
"Miss Martinez"
"Miss Martinez!" My teacher Mrs. Lambert said, raising her voice a little
"hm?" I hummed in response, snapping out of my thoughts
"Is my class so boring, you're not paying attention?"
"Uh no?" I responded, not knowing what to say
"Hmm....pay attention" she said, going back to teaching
~At lunch~
Alyssa, Stella, Autumn, and I are sitting at our table. we always sit at, and Anthony didn't come to school today because he is sick.
"I like your swear, lyssa," Stella said
"Oh, thanks, but it's not mine it's my friend Ace's swear" Alyssa said
"Ooo" Autumn said
"Sure 'friend'" I said, putting air quotes around 'friend'
"Stoppp, we are JUST friends" she said, emphasizing the word 'just' and dragging the 'p' in 'stop'
"Mhm 'just friends'" Autumn said, putting air quotes around 'just friends'
~After school~
When Ethan, kevin and I got home we saw a familiar black car. We walk in and see Mason and Amber.
"Hey" Mason says as soon as we walk through the door
"MASON!!" I said excited while running to Mason and hugging him
After I hug Mason, I hug Amber while Ethan and Kevin hug Mason
"Hii" I say while hugging Amber
"Hey" Amber says
"How are you guys" Mason asks
"Okay"
"Good"
"Fine"
"Good"
"Okay"
"Good"
"Good, what 'bout you guys"
"We're good" Amber responds
"How's my littlenieceor nephew?" Jacob asks Amber about the baby
"Good" Amber answers
"Have you thought of any names?" I ask
"No, not really" Mason says
"Oh well, what do you think of Alecia for a girl?" My mom said
"Or Riley or Alexandria" Ethan says
"What about Alejandra" my dad says
"Ouu, what about Alessandra or Alessa?" I suggested
"And Elijah for a boy" Jacob said
"Orr Asher" kevin said, dragging the "r'
"I like Noah" Amber said
"I think Aaron is better" Mason said
Then Lucas bursts out laughing
"What?" Mason says to Lucas, confused
"Really Aaron?" Lucas says
"Yea" Mason says
"Leo is a better name" Lucas said
" Alexander is better" -Mom
"Nah, Alejandro is" -Dad
"what about Jackson?" - amber
"Or Cole" -Me
We kept brainstorming names for the baby than Mason and Amber left. Around 10:30-11:00 I went to bed
