A week later, Caden and I have been hanging out a lot more. Caden and I have been friends for a while now, and I can't help but smile when I see him. I think I l- no I can't we're friends just friends.
Anyway, I'm at Caden's house, and he has a little brother who is 12 years old and a little sister who is 5 years old.
After we finished watching a movie we decided to go to the park. We walked downstairs and then went to his car.
We got to the park and went for a walk.
"Can I ask you something?" Caden said out of nowhere
"Uh sure?" I said, confused
"I- um uh I like you and I w-was wondering if you would go out with me?" He said, sounding nervous
"I would love to," I said
After a while, I went home and went to my room.
The next day, I went downstairs for breakfast. I sat down and ate.
"Vamos a la tienda con tu hermano y amber" (we are going to the store with your brother and amber) my mom said
"Y ustedes van a cuidar a su sobrino" (and you are going to babysit you nephew) my dad said
"Pero quería ir con mis amigos" (but I wanted to go with my friends) Lucas and Jacob said at the same time
"Oh w-"
"Or they can go, and Lily, Ethan, and I take care of Alex," Kevin said
"Hmph?" I said at Kevin's suggestion
"What? No!" Ethan said
"Ok Lucas y Jacob pueden irse con sus amigos" (Lucas and Jacob can go with your friends) my dad said
It's now 1:30 PM, and my parents, Mason and Amber, left, and I'm holding Alex.
